Amazing community, great coaches and a wonderful environment. Everyone was so welcoming and it was a great place to workout during vacation. It seems like they are doing a lot within their community at large which is inspiring to see and what more gyms should aim to do. Would highly recommend!

It's always a fantastic experience dropping in at CrossFit Poipu! I hadn't been to the island since 2019, so this past week was my first time visiting the newer location. Wow! The outdoor workout area is stunning, especially for the 6am workout. Coach Darren, the local regulars, and fellow visitors all made for fun and engaging classes. Thanks! ~ Becky J.

I didn't actually get to workout when I visited here, as their website messed up the class times, and I signed up for one that wasn't actually happening at this location.
HOWEVER, the coach that was there was very helpful and kind, and the owner he called was equally nice, and offered to refund me the drop-in fee, or give me a shirt instead. I love the shirt and look forward to dropping in with them the next time I visit Kauai!

Very friendly community that made me feel extremely welcome. Very close to the Poipu area making it easy to keep my workout routine while on vacation. Love the cause of the Keola foundation and giving back to the community. Darren was a fun and engaging coach for the morning class.

CF poipu is an amazing experience. Clean gym with lots of equipment. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend visiting them while I Kauai!!

I had heard about this gym from a friend, and they weren’t wrong. I’m an experienced CrossFitter and my husband is newer to CrossFit; we both had a good and safe time and plan to come back on our next visit.

A very friendly gym. It's hard to capture how amazing it is, coming from Minnesota, to do a workout outside under a rainbow wearing next to nothing.

Wonderful experience. I was in Kauai visiting for the holidays. I found this gym using google. Coach Maggie was welcoming and adjusted the workout to meet my needs and abilities. She gave great feedback on my deadlift form. Highly recommended.
