We were assisted by Ryan at the Sheraton Kauai Hertz and what an incredible job he did. Travelling from Australia, renting a car and finding the right place was difficult but we are so beyond grateful we found Ryan. He was nothing but positive and extremely helpful and made our entire experience completely stress free. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best holiday and provided great advice and insights of the island and things to do. Thank you so much Ryan for making our holiday so stress free and fantastic!! We look forward to seeing you again one day :))

We had a less than desirable service experience with this Hertz location. As a Presidents club member, we specifically choose to reserve and walk to Hertz instead of the rental company at our hotel. It's a 1 person office and there were only 2 customers ahead of us, but it took a total of 45 minutes to get our car. We understand that it's a small office, but they can definitely improve their efficiency by just talking with those waiting in line. When we finally got to the front, the attendant already had our reservation paperwork ready to go and only had to hand it to us. The car was okay but could have been cleaner on the inside.

The car was great, the service was beyond terrible. Terrible hospitality. Terry and Samoa are the rudest most miserable witches on this island. How they still have a job is beyond me. They should both be fired. I’m here on vacation to relax and expect a smile and to be treated kindly with respect and these two witches have a stick up their A** ruined the mood. Sheraton and hertz. Please do better.

A small office with only one staff when we visited. Car is in good condition. Service is great; clear and detailed on all important information. Key box drop off is available if wish to return the car outside of working hour. However, be prepared the rental process could take more time than expected. Our reservation was at 10am and there was one guest before us when we arrive (on time). It took the other guest 30mins and us another 30mins to finally be able to set off at 11am.

The car rental process went fairly smoothly, and Terry was nice as other people have mentioned. The car was good, and prices were lower than the airport.

Reserved a car months in advance but when we got there to pick it up, to our dismay, they had no cars because they overbooked... multiple groups were screwed out of a rental and we all had to wait for the manager to get back from lunch to tell us not to mention the manager was extremely unhelpful and rude. 0/10

Showed up for our reservation that we paid for in advance, only to have the manager tell us "no cars today" ???? She offered no solutions other than that we can pick it up tomorrow instead and we were yelled at for asking for an explanation. Terrible terrible customer service and multiple groups are now scrambling to find other options that are unfortunately more expensive

Terry is an angel sent down from heaven. She was so kind and helped us out with a tough situation. Hands down best customer service I've ever received with a car rental! Clearly these reviews speak to her warm nature.Thanks again for helping us out, Terry!And the car rental was also great ;)

I am not sure why Terry has received such great reviews prior because she was the WORST. I came to pick up my rental car at 10am for my reservation at 12pm. Terry said she was so happy I came early so that she could go home early. It was pleasant and I felt good about being accommodating for her. Then, when I came to return my car at 11am (reservation was set for 12pm), she told me that I might be charged an extra day. She then confirmed that I wasn’t charged an extra day, which I was happy about until she handed me my receipt and I saw an extra $150 charge. I asked her what this was and she goes “oh it looks like they did charge you actually…” then why did she say I didn’t? And if I didn’t look at the receipt then what? She never disclosed the importance of bringing it back early, since my reservation was 12pm. I then told her that if I’m being charged an extra day, then I want to keep the car for the day and not just be charged a whole day for 1 hour. She proceeded to tell me that she already closed me out so I can’t do that. So she checked me out and lied and said wasn’t being charged then couldn’t reverse it?! She was so unhelpful and rude. Luckily, customer service understood how awful she was and reimbursed me. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend using Terry. VERY VERY poor customer service and they have awful hours (close at 12pm or 2pm). I listened to her answer the phone of a gentleman calling saying that his flight doesn’t land until later due to a delay and she was rude and said he can get the car tomorrow then but still be charged. (Side note- she also smells really bad of cigarettes)

Terry is fantastic and helped us get to the airport early on a Sunday morning when our transport reservation was a no-show and all Taxi companies weren't answering their phones.This is a great Hertz location to rent from!

Cant speak highly enough of the branch manager, Terry. She went above and beyond to accommodate my rental even after I screwed something up booking online. 5 star experience. She made sure we had a great final day in Kaua'i!

Terry was awesome. Was able to provide last minute car to add one more adventure to our vacation. I can't recommend more highly.
