“I saw a sign outside this place that said “healthy food sucks” or something similar. So I never thought they’d have delicious vegan food or that I would end up coming here twice. I’m glad I decided to look at the menu! They have a Beyond Burger (vegan as is, no mayo or cheese) for $7.75. At our hotel less than two miles away, the Grand Hyatt, the burger is $22 before tip. The service is pretty quick. It’s greasy, but what do you expect? I ate mostly healthy on Kauai while vacationing so didn’t mind a little indulgence here. I would definitely come back to this place if I visited again. In an area where a single puka dog is $8.49 and a Beyond could be $22, this is a great deal per gram of protein. Probably one of the best deals to get some post-workout fuel around.”
