Esthetically, the renovated building and rooms are significantly improved over 2023. The rooms need some additional changes to make them functionally workable.

We stayed one week on an exchange for our north shore condo. I was very disappointed that they gave us such a poor view, especially since the resort seems more than half empty. Their policy is exchange guests get only a "partial view". Really?? Our partial view is obstructed by homes under construction. At our timeshare exchanges get treated well. The stove barely works, and kitchen furnishings are marginal. Outside BBQ doesn't heat up enough to char meat. Our 2 bedroom unit is spacious, and I would enjoy the balcony if we had a view. No beach, only a pool bar with very limited hours and food. Actually the pool is nice, but shop around, you can do better.

Stayed here as part of a timeshare sampler. It was a great experience. Yaemi in particular went above and beyond to assist us. We needed to dry some clothes after our check out time and she made it happen!

Perfect location by the water (walk out to the rocks to see the sunrise, beaches close by). Spacious accommodations for a large family or group. Been a while since any renovations/update… comfy bed and pillows, everything else felt a bit like a motel. Not quite what I’d expect for a Hilton. Couldn’t use the big tub because the water didn’t heat up enough for a bath. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Room wasn’t cleaned or garbage taken out once in my 5 day stay, not sure if I needed to request that or not.

Sadly I have to give this resort 1 star. Rooms are seriously outdated, not worth the price for the condition. I reached out in person and via email and resolution was weak. They admit the rooms are outdated and only recently bought by Hilton. Do not expect the room to be clean, I attached pictures from our arrival. When I meet with management was told all rooms are basically same condition, save your money and stay elsewhere until they get rooms updated.Rooms: Rooms are subpar for rates.

We booked a week with Ocean Views , mainly because location and it’s a Hilton resort! It is nice spot with long walk to beach and Staff were awesome. We loved the bar grill down by the pool which is small but very nice,Bar tenders were great !!The DOWNSIDE is , buildings very old and outdated. There is no sound control in walls or ceiling so you can hear your neighbors smallest Move. When we complain ,of course they knew about it and they will tell you the construction of buildings were done very poorly. If you are going stay ,BE ON top floor it will help. Manger also told us there was nothing the can do to help us, if they moved us we would have same problem. The next thing is They were redoing 1 building and there are several buildings. So when we checked in we ask if we had nice ocean veiw? They said we had a great room but neglected to tell us about CONSTRUCTION on the one building PAST US.So our veiw was a forklift going by us all day long. We were hoping we would get weekend off from forklift but they did it all seven days with no break! Could no enjoy our lanai at all. Also with the construction our building parking was used by Contractors so we had long walk to car! BEWARE THEY ARE GOING TO DO ALL BUILDINGS ,They say minimum of next 5 years! We Talked to Manger on all this and our biggest Question was way did nobody tell us or warn us before we came! She did not have a answer for this, which this being Hilton it was hard for us to understand, Truth goes long way!I think buildings will be better when all done ,but the need to tell the people that come there and pay all that money before they come and find out for themselves! My opinion. The manager did give us back some points only because I wanted anything and maybe apologize at the least! The next week stayed at a wonderful place, Lawai Beach Resort. No problems Great week!! Our week At Point At Poipu was not a good week!I Hope Hilton will read this and take care of there Customers and not try to fool them. Daniel DixonRooms: Not good!!!Walkability: Long walk to beach ,not much around need Car

It's a Hilton vacation property that doesn't meet the Hilton standard. Their in the process of updating it.Rooms: A little outdated.Safety: Watch out for the construction on the property.Walkability: Amazing location and very easy to walk to multiple beaches.

Amazing beach at Hyatt next door which is walking distance. Definitely worth staying here for access to the Hyatt! No on site restaurants or supplies at Hilton. Shop before you arrive. Rooms are so dated but spacious, no frills. Good for a family on a budget. No bathrobes or luxury amenities of any kind. Very basic but acceptable for an affordable family vacation. We spent most of our time at the Hyatt next door.

I'm here on vacation with my family. My mom splurged and got us an ocean view room. The views are spectacular. The condo is great. The common room is huge. It has a full kitchen. The bedrooms are quite large. The master bath has a huge bath tub. The property is pretty. There is an adult hot tub away from the pool. It's quiet there. I haven't been in the pool, but it's huge. There is a poolside bar and grill I haven't tried yet, but the menu looked good. I'm really happy with the property.Walkability: Unfortunately there isn't much in walking distance other than other hotels. Some of which have restaurants.

We paid for an ocean view room, you can see by pic that view was poor due to off-sight construction. Extensive on-site construction (remodeling) was NOT noted when we booked.Suites were great, except that ours was not newly remodeled, and showed wear and tear.Overall, facility is well located, has good amenities, just not currently worth the cost. Also seemed understaffed.Rooms: As mentioned, all rooms being renovated. No guarantee yours will be new. Great suite layout and kitchen facilities!Nearby activities: Beaches and views close by. 10 min drive to local stores. Currently not disabled friendly for anything above ground floor level, or visiting beach.Food & drinks: On site food good, and reasonable for Hawaii.
