Looking for TB shorts for my husband which are true to fit. Found 'em. Also a Hawaiian shirt that wasn't available at the store in his size and they ordered one to be sent to the house. It arrived as ordered.

I always appreciate the attentiveness and customer service when I am shopping at the Koloa store. The associates are alway knowledgeable and willing to take the time to find the items needed, if they don't have it in store they arrange direct shipping options. It is such a pleasure to find a rental company that still has a focus on customer service and quality materials.

My boyfriend and I came to this shop mostly to browse and see if anything jumped out at us, but after Denise’s incredible help we couldn’t leave without it! She was so knowledgeable and explained the different fabrics for the one that would best suit us, and made sure that we knew all of our options. It was such a wonderful experience shopping here, thank you Denise!

I have always enjoyed the experience of shopping at Tommy Bahama from the minute you enter one of their retail stores and are greeted with a select Bahama fragrance and a warm welcome by one of the sales associates. My most recent experience at the Kukui’ula Shopping complex on Kauai was particularly memorable. Sales Associate Denice welcomed me and insured I had her attention as I shopped. She defines the kind of customer service which is often missing in so many stores.

Having never been to a Tommy Bahamas before, I was blown away by the customer service and knowledge that the employees had there! I would highly recommend shopping here and am looking forward to going back, thank you again Denise for being so nice!

This store was a delight to enter. Friendly staff greeted me and helped me with positive feedback on my purchase of a new swimsuit and rash guard. Staff walked me to the location of other items I inquired about and also informed me where sale items were located. The store was was clean, inviting, and well laid out. The selection of clothing that Tommy Bahama carries is well made, beautiful, comfortable and well priced. Every store I’ve ever been in has wonderful employees and they’re always friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful shopping experience at this location. My husband and I went in expecting just to browse and maybe buy a shirt. We ended up buying several shirts and I even got a couple of dresses. The sales people were amazing and extremely helpful, even though we were coming from zip lining on a rainy day (so dressed very casually and a bit dirty), and said we were just looking. That did not stop them from asking about our preferences and finding things we loved.
