Hawaiian post office. Seems just a regular post office.

The staff is friendly and helpful! They are very accommodating, but also do a good job of setting their boundaries. When they are closed they are closed. Sometimes they will still answer questions but they are not afraid to tell you their hours and continue to lock up. I appreciate that they allow people who receive mail from them to come after hours to check their P.O. Box.

Clerk forced me to walk out with a heavy microwave despite visibly showing walking difficulty (Using a cane.) I pulled a muscle after in my left hip and still am dealing with it today. Replace the workers please they're useless.

Poor customer service and poorly managed, many issues could be easily resolved with better communication. The postmistress blames her staff and carriers for mistakes. In addition, Amazon purchase sent through USP are usually late -- probably not the fault of the Koloa PO but an antiquated system that sends packages to numerous terminals before sending them on to Honolulu and then Kauai.

Kind, courteous, friendly staff! The Koloa post office provides service with a smile. They are heroes every day; sharing information, sending and receiving packages, focusing on the customer. They know your name and story. What an exceptional group of people! I look forward to going to the post office.

The woman at the counter was kind, courteous and understanding. However, the carrier sent packages back immediately claiming insufficient address. I arrived at the post office less than 4 hours after the notification of failed delivery. Simply discourteous actions by the carrier/ driver!!

Couldn’t find a fairly obvious address and sent my package back to the sender. I guess I’ve unknowingly been staying at a place that doesn’t exist for the past decade, because according to the infinite knowledge and expertise of that USPS worker, it just flat out isn’t there. Perhaps I’ve been sleeping under a dank bridge all this time and the house has merely been a figment of my imagination.

I got a notification saying that address is insufficient so I called the costumer line right away to fix the issue, I gave them the additional information that they need to fix the situation. But when I spoke with the carrier, they said that they already sent it back to the sender right away when they see that the address is insufficient because they couldn't do anything. UPS didn't have any trouble sending me my packages! They will just give up on you and doesn't want to figure out a way to fix things.

Horrible service. Employees are mean, cruel, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost. No Aloha here.

Super convenient Post office just an easy in and out off the highway! Some of the things I've mailed from here: Business proposal Gift cards Tax returns Post cards Film rolls Souvenir Birthday gifts. Etc... Just what you would expect only on Island time. There are some negative reviews of Hawaiian Post Offices. Cut it out. Different lifestyle lovely people running the shop Aloha
