Each time I've entered this establishment they're Always rude. I needed tape and was handed broken scissors to use to cut the tape, and told to only use two pieces of tape because I wasn't paying for it.

Would absolutely give a 0. The lady was incredibly rude, would not listen and filed in my I9 form incorrectly (form needed to verify employment)I told her what needed to be uploaded as I recently got a green card immigrating from Canada. Meaning that I HAVE TO upload a work permit. UT clearly says so on the forms confirming appointments. I told her repeatedly and she just said I only now this way and submitted and walked away. I tried again to tell her with no luck or consideration. I got a call saying the documents don't qualify for employment even though I have a valid WORK AUTHORIZATION that she wouldnt upload. It is part of the class A documents listed. She only knew the class B and C ones. I had to spend several hours on the phone to be able tp be resissued an appointment for the next day. I have filed a formal complaint with UPS. You should not be able to complete forms you have no understanding or training on.

I walked in as the only customer, smiled, said "hello, how's your day going, wow it's cold outside" and the lady behind the counter just side eyed me and triple patted the scale for my box. Just not nice people, I also dumbly threw away a box for an Amazon return and they wanted me to buy a $20 box to ship it back. Ok fine, I need a box and ok fine that's definitely expense and not the lady's fault but corporate, but there was no need to be rude or in a bad mood. I'll be buying a box from another company and returning it to a different store location.

We tried various ways to contact UPS so we could return an Amazon pkg. The UPS office at the airport was closed when we went at 3 on a weekday. We were told by the neighboring office that they are only in mornings to load their trucks. We called the UPS customer service toll-free line. Couldn't get past the recording to talk to a live person. It's been frustrating, to say the least.

The staff and team members at this store are true hometown heroes. Not closing a day since COVID19 to ensure everyone gets their mail and packages on time. They always go above and beyond risking their health dealing with maskless people daily. I work in midtown but live outside the city. I pass by multiple UPS stores, Fedex, and post offices on the way to work but chose to do my business here because the staff is always kind and attentive.

If it was possible to have a negative stat I would. All three staff members are the most unhelpful and arrogant people I've ever dealt with. From the moment I walked in bringing in multiple packages they were rude. Then when trying to communicate with them in what I need, they were Complete jerks talking down to me like I'm a child. When told I KINDLY asked them to not speak down to me they started speaking to each other in a different language and started laughing. The entire experience was awful. Typically anyone who has a bad experience calls the manager or owner to inform them. I asked if this was an independently owned store and the lady said yes and made a point to say it was her family.

Great friendly service! Nice SUV that drove well. Only didn't have a charger outlet for phone in the rental vehicle. But excellent service and simple. Mahalo! Fill ups can be painful with regular unleaded gas still over $5.00.

High prices which are to be expected on Molokai. However, they fail to mention up front that their Jeeps cannot be taken on unpaved roads. They add $150 to the bill if there is any mud on the Jeep caused by leaving the paved roads. There are other alternatives on Molokai, don't settle for Alamo. Why pay a premium for a Jeep which can't leave the pavement?

Nothing but good things to say about my experience here. I'm used to the "up-sell" at rental car companies being really dramatic, but these folks kept it low-pressure all-around. Car was clean and comfortable, rates reasonable, staff was friendly, can't imagine a more convenient rental car location. Only complaint would be the time spent waiting in line, but that had much more to do with the people in front of us who apparently decided to start planning their 2-week vacation when they got to the rental counter.

My family and I recently rented from Alamo while visiting Maui for the first time. After checking in, we were told to pick any car from the full size car lane. We literally checked more than 5 cars because every car was absolutely filthy inside. And I'm not just talking about the stained seats. Trash/sand/dirt on the floors and seats of every car we checked! Finally we settled on the one that was not as disgusting as the others but later found and empty water bottle under the seat and a half eaten bag of plantain chips in the center console. Don't think I can rent from a company that can't take 5 minutes to do a quick cleaning of their cars. Never had this issue with enterprise!

We spent a few days on Molokai and thought we would burn through a full tank of gas. Even after driving around 80 percent of the island w/ AC on blast we still had 3/4 th of a tank left (sonata)... Moral of the story don't pay for prefill for gas unless you are certain you'll use it.

There is no competition so they can do whatever they want to. We rented a car for 1 day and 2 hours. Anything over 24 hours is charged $25 for the extra hour. If you are 5 minutes over it is still $25. The total cost for an intermediate car for 26 hours was $160. They are killing whatever tourism there is on Molokai. Many times my guests have tried to make a reservation and they are out of cars. The past year, this has happened many times. I guess when you charge the outlandish rates they charge they don't have to have an over abundance of cars. I feel sorry for the people of Molokai that get so taken advantage of with the outrageous prices they have to pay for everything.

Service agent that checked us in at car return noted we returned car full and prepaid gas charge so he immediately refunded us our prepaid gas charge. Great service and clean car.
