The Animal Care and Wellness Center is a place where pets are treated like family members. They are committed to providing the best medical care, using state-of-the-art equipment and adhering to strict guidelines. The center is fortunate to have Dr. Watson, a veterinarian who is knowledgeable, experienced, and shows genuine love for animals. She sets herself apart by working with humility and compassion, taking the time to explain procedures and conditions, and providing personalized solutions rather than just prescribing medication.
The staff at the Animal Care and Wellness Center are friendly and kind, creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. They allow owners to stay with their pets during examinations, and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. One example of their excellent care is quickly diagnosing and treating a dog's ear infection, providing medication and instructions for prevention, all at a lower cost and faster than a previous veterinarian. Customers appreciate how responsive, helpful, and caring the staff are, making every visit a positive experience.
Overall, the Animal Care and Wellness Center stands out for its top-notch team of caring, knowledgeable, and animal-loving staff, providing efficient and personalized care for pets. Many pet owners feel confident returning for wellness checks and emergency needs, trusting that their animals are in good hands.
Compassionate and most caring vets and staff. Gave support on care of our paralyzed kitten that another vet prescribed isolation treatment. Then euthanization from another vet. Gave our Gryffindor his life and to be with us here as long as he can.

Great animal care hospital. I call for help at a moment's (emergency) notice and they don't turn me and my fur babies away. Very welcoming, professional and just a great bunch of humans!
