I got hired as an "on-call" employee but still mandated to work overtime. I was told by one of the managers that I can face disciplinary actions if I continue to refuse the mandate. Although the pay was fair but I feel like I will have no life if I continue to work there, so it's not for me. I don't regret leaving.

Got hired as an "on-call" but still mandated to work overtime. I was told by one of the managers that I can face disciplinary actions if I continue to refuse the mandate. Although I like the pay but the job is just not for me. So glad I no longer work there.
