I called them and asked about the car, published on Copart (located on ADP towing property). Car was marked as "Runs and drives", but "no key". But on the photo engine was started. I asked, how it happened and they said what keys were found and they will update info on Copart. The title was marked as "present" before and after updating it was marked as "absent". And keys were marked as absent. I asked about what is vandalized and they answered "we do not know". So, totally unprofessional guys, from my opinion.

Call Pete, Jackie and crew! They were very helpful in coordinating a flatbed to take my project vehicle from the Westside to Kahului. Trevor arrived and didn't take much time to get it loaded up and started to transport, great driver, took his time and was able to unload with no problems whatsoever! Prices are very reasonable as well. I've used ADP Towing a couple of times now and are very happy with their services! Keep up the good work! Mahalo's to the crew

Life savers.We locked ourselves out of our rental car at the Nakalele blowhole parking lot - way out in the countryside. After desperately calling a handful of lockout services who barely understood where we were, ADP towing gave the MOST empathetic, kind, cheap AND speedy service (also they knew exactly where we were ?). I was literally doing happy dances when they gave me their quote; half the price and a third of the wait time than everywhere else.While I hope I'm not in a situation where I need their services again, I wouldn't feel too bad about it knowing they would have my back!

Stupid rental car locked with kid still inside, called ADP, he raced to our location, got the car unlocked. Rental place wanted us to wait 2 hours. Such a nice and caring person. Highly recommend this company!Service: Car lockouts

We were locked out in a rental vehicle. Found out it wasn't as easy as it looked to get the keys out of the trunk. Thankfully their guy was more experienced than most and was able to save our day.
