I've been on several guided spearfishing trips (all introductory). This company, BY FAR, offers the highest quality training. Not only that, but the guide (Keoki) was extremely personable and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My brother and I have never been spear fishing before but wanted to go while in Maui. After a quick class and some breathing exercises we got in the water to test out equalizing our ears to the pressure. Before this I had never been more than 12ft under water. After what Bear and the guys here taught us I was able to hold my breath for over 2mins and hit 30ft of water on the first try. Absolutely amazing! These guys are pros and I highly recommend it. We did get skunked in the water on fishing but it wasn't from a lack of seeing fish, it's just a learning curve to hit them and you have to be selective. We saw so many different types of fish, several turtles, and a massive pod of dolphins swimming and jumping out of the water! Check these guys out for a great time!

The first time I went there the guy was awesome and helped with my set up. Today I went back and a different guy was working, who was no help. One word answers, didn’t even bother to help. Maybe he was having a bad day… would be a 5/5 if the first man with the cool beard was working there when I came back.

The guy working here (I'm assuming he's the owner due to his "I'm in charge" demeanor) loves driving customers away. A man and his son were getting fully outfitted with spear fishing gear. I had one fishing item in my hand so the other customer offered to let me pay so I wouldn't have to wait because they were buying a lot and getting info too. The guy working here ignored that and kept reassembling a diving flag, taking his sweet time. He looked over at me waiting at the counter numerous times and ignored me and hadn't even greeted me when I came in. During the 15 minutes I was waiting to make a purchase, I noticed a little kid looking at all the fishing stuff. He was curious and interested in fishing, and I heard his mom say "go ahead and look around but don't touch anything. I'm gonna be right next door for a couple minutes." This kid was at least 10, and very well behaved. He wasn't touching anything or doing anything wrong. As soon as the lady left and the door closed, but not while she was still there and could hear it, the guy working there said something like," I've got a sign on the door that says unattended children become my fishing bait, so it looks like I got some bait." He said it super loud to be sure the poor kid heard it, and the kid looked upset. I thought that was really passive aggressive and childish to say it so the kid could hear it, but not the parent. The kid left without buying anything. I also own a small business and would have just kept an eye on the kid and been nice. Yes it's not ideal to have an unattended child in your store, but he was being respectful and wasn't touching anything. It could have been handled better. I hung around for a few more minutes, listening to the guy working there rambling on and clearly enjoying the fact that he was making me wait even longer. I decided to put the fishing item back and leave, because my family had been waiting in the car for me the whole time. The experience was unnecessary and frustrating. It's not the only fishing store on the island, not to mention this place that's supposed to be "all about fishing" doesn't even open until 9am- what a joke. Give someone else your money!

I walked in to take a look at purchasing fishing gear and lures but the person couldn't be bothered to even to get out from behind his laptop to even greet or acknowledge I was even in the store. Some other person walked in and had to ask him for help but he still just sat behind his laptop watching a video. That's when I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.

We had an absolute blast at spear fishing 101! Bobby helped us every step of the way as beginners. Could not recommend this experience enough to anyone visiting Maui. We saw all sorts of wildlife and learned so much. Definitely one of our best experiences in Hawai’i.

Freshest fish. From the fishermen to the store. Excellent fish tacos, were cooked perfectly. Can't wait to try other options.

All About Fish was absolutely the perfect place for us to learn the basics of freediving! Bobby was amazing - a clear and solid educator, specific and patient, answering all our questions and taking us on our first freedive completely in our comfort zone and had us down in the water and exploring in no time! Bobby you rock! We will definitely be recommending folks we know over to learn the way of the freediver with you guys ???

We had a blast taking our spearfishing 101 tour! Keoki is super knowledgeable (he's been spearfishing since he was 7!), friendly, and encouraging. Safety was a top priority and he was very thorough giving us instructions on exactly what to do. He clearly had the insight on the best spots to go and helped us navigate the reef and identify fish.We would go back and do it again in a heartbeat!!! 10/10 highly recommended:)

Fish and Chips and Jumbo Shrimp were just what we needed. Fish was delicious and the Shrimp were like small chicken legs. We went back a second time.

We ordered 2 fish taco plates and fried shrimp plate to go. The tacos were very dry and two of them had big bones in them. The fried shrimp was average at best. The place is counter service only with about 3 very small tables outside on sidewalk in front of parking lot. So, not a nice view at all. Our least favorite place we ate while in Maui. Very disappointing.

Great fish! Get tacos or plates or poke. Fish is fresh as can be. Prices are GREAT for Hawaii. There will probably be a line, but with good reason.

The Fish Market Maui was recommended by the poolside server at our resort and it was a great recommendation. The selection of fresh fish was excellent, as were the choice of marinades, rubs and salsas. A great local establishment to pick up some fresh fish to barbecue poolside at the resort.

Stopped here for take away dinner. Ordered from the daily specials - plate dinners for about $20. Both dishes we ordered were excellent and a great value. I had the catch of the day plate — mahi-mahi encrusted in macadamia nuts with a pineapple salsa. Yum. Hubby had the fish chips …made of swordfish in a panko crust. Both dishes were cooked perfectly - flaky moist fish. You can also buy fresh fish from the fish counter. The cheesecake in the deli case looked delish.
