What a beautiful place. With my sister we spend the best vacation ever. The hotel is in the best place in Kaanapali, we can see whales et turtles just in front.
We would like to thanks Karen; she was so so nice and very kind and friendly.
If I have to come back to Maui I will definitely stop by there.

Aston Mahana at Kaanapali is a quiet, oceanfront condo resort that offers unbeatable views and a peaceful atmosphere. My family and I loved how every unit faces the ocean, making it feel like a private retreat. The condo was spacious and well-stocked, with a full kitchen and comfortable furnishings.
While it doesn’t have the amenities of a large resort, the direct beach access and relaxed vibe make it a great choice for those looking to unwind. Nearby restaurants and shops are convenient, and the location is perfect for exploring West Maui.

Not a super gorgeous one but neatly arranged confy ocean front condo, perfect just to sit back and relax. A wonderful sunset shall become life time memory. As stayed during Humpback whale season, we could observe lots of their activities just from the room. Under the clear water ocean in front of cond, you can enjoy snorkeling to see many corals,fish and turtles(need to be careful about the wave condition)
Many restaurants, To go type food shops and a supermarket are within walking distance. Also the Food track park is a fun place which offers many types of cuisine such as Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican,Hawaiian, BBQ,Sushi and so on. The Whalers Village is about ten minitue drive, where you can enjoy shopping and dining.
I sincerely wish the Lahaina old town would be restored soon and people of Lahaina could live in peace and sound again.We’ll surely be back here 😊

We've stayed here the past 2 times that we've visited the island. It has quickly become our tradition. You can't get closer to the beach. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We'll be back next year!

We booked this through a deal on Costco, which we have never done before. This is our third trip to Maui and every trip is amazing. This resort has all the necessities including beach access, a pool, shuffleboard, etc. the units all have waterfront views and staff has been very pleasant to deal with regarding any concerns!

Amazing view from private balcony. We stayed here for 6 nights on the 12th floor. Everything was so great about this hotel - views, pool, spa, hospitality etc. It rained little bit and we saw double rainbow from our balcony 🌈
There are also food trucks across the street so lot of food options available.

It was an incredible time here in the heart of Maui’s pure nature. Everything was perfect: the ocean with its coral reefs, turtles, dolphins, and whales. I felt completely happy to be there. The sound of the waves was constant, bringing a deep sense of peace.
I love Hawaii, and I will definitely return in the near future.

Overall, we had a nice stay, with beautiful view and a small swimming pool.
However, for almost $500 per night, they wont clean room or takeout trash during the stay.
Pros: 1) Good location, just off the beach
2) Towels for swimming pool
3) Entrance is beautiful
4) Lots of food joints nearby
5) Private ocean facing balcony
6) Good kitchen with plenty of utensils
7) Filtered Drinking water pop
Cons:
1) Room are dated! Not all rooms are same either - for example ours was older looking than our friends
2) Furniture is very old too. Convertible sofa is borderline throwaway
3) No room service.
4) No room cleaning during our stay of 6 days
5) No food/restaurant at the hotel
6) Rooms don’t have consistency-furniture, flooring, appliances - everything can vary!

Amazing views from our room it’s everything me and Lauren needed to let loose. We went snorkeling and whale watching . They have an amazing pool and hot tub. The only thing that bugged me was the pool closes at night until 8 am. There is no lifeguard ever . I’m sure they need to clean it. But , I was hoping to be able to work out in the morning at 7 am. But it’s closed . Oh well I had the best experience for my first time in Hawaii. Locals are mostly nice and down to earth hotel management was very nice I thanks you for allowing us to stay in Hawaii . I will be back for years to come. Thank you
