Beautiful and right on the beach, we literally walked out our door onto the lawn and the beach, almost no other swimmers, it's very private. And close to the best bakery ever! There is a huge line every morning outside the bakery to obtain the world's most outstanding cinnamon rolls. We even saw turtles swimming by our balcony! Paki Maui is also walking distance to restaurants and stores like ABC. So it's easy access to everything. It has a lovely center garden with koi pond and frogs.

The manager here plays a game to see how many cars he can get towed to the locals after they lost everything in the fire. He puts a sticker on your vehicle that leaves a film that you have to scrub off and laughs about it when he is drunk at night roaming the parking lot. Extremely unprofessional! He also likes to use his status to get people kicked out for things he has ZERI proof for. Even goes as far to contact the owner to get the lease terminated! With better management this place could be great but with what they have now I wouldn’t spend your money on it there is also no place to empty your trash unless you walk to the first floor and use the trash chute. There is also leaking many of the units and many of the owners don’t have any respect or ALOHA.

Great place. Private beach. Quiet. Awesome views. Walking distance to markets and restaurants. Sadly, I must say that property maintenance has declined in the last few years. Both stairs to beach access are blocked now. The ocean shower station is closed for some reason. There are sink holes on the lawn that persist for years. The beautiful tile in the hot tub is in moderate disrepair. One of the BBQs were broken. The gas didn't work for 2 days. The fountain in the courtyard had cinder blocks behind the spray head, looked like a cheap patch job. The flower boxes in the breezeways have sat empty for years. I happened to meet the property manager in the hot tub one night and, frankly, all he offered were excuses as to why things are the way they are so I don't expect them to improve any time soon. Still a good place but no longer a jewel.

Condo was very small, would not recommend for families of 5 or more. Had to have MGMT come fix hot water in shower. Has great views though!!

Great location, beach right around the corner. Many restaurants, food trucks, shops, coffee within walking distance.

Love the location right on the beach with a lovely view of Lanai. Sea turtles seemed to love the area in front of the hotel! Beautiful garden in the center and clean. But NO air conditioning made our room almost unbearable and sleep was difficult. No fault of the hotel or hosts, but other tenants were coming and going at all hours of the night And woke my family multiple times each night we were there. Nice little kitchen for cooking for our family.

Great place to stay in Maui. Close to everything and well within walking distance to the resorts. We do like walking more than the average person to be fair. Our 1 bedroom condo didn’t have AC but I’m not a huge AC person. I would definitely stay there again.

Most of the units does not have A/C and it get really hot in the late evenings if you get a unit facing the beach.

Great amenities in room. Good restaurants and shopping in the area.
Less convenient for Road to Haha activities. Come here enjoy here.

During our stay, cockroaches kept coming out of the room and kitchen and this gave the kids we were with a hard time and ruined our trip.Rooms: Cockroaches were coming out from room and kitchen.
