Was excited to see this store! They offer free shipping so I was able to buy myself a couple nice pillows and not worry about how to get them home. My son bought some joggers that are so soft I’m honestly a bit jealous ?

The resort sheets are luxuriously soft, wash well, and available in beautiful colors. The 5 star rating is for the customer service at this Front Street location and, specifically, Rosemary. She introduced me to Cariloha products without any pressure tactics and explained how the purchase and warranty work (free shipping and 100-day satisfaction guaranty). She also helped me to resolve an issue when corporate failed to do so. I was so impressed with her customer service that I purchased a second set of sheets and will continue to contact her for future purchases.

It has been 8 years since we have been back to Lahaina. Wanted to go back to this location just because we found everything we wanted & had great service. Unfortunately we found a young lady spending all her time desperately trying to sell a few people a mattress instead of taking our money for the armfuls of clothes we had waiting at the till. After looking directly at us & us saying we are ready she went back to the mattress sals pitch. Pretty sure they are not buying anything from you but just resting after Happy Hour. We on the other hand left our stuff at the counter and went elsewhere. Hope the Kihei store is better when we go there tomorrow.

wish I would be here leaving a good review. Sadly that’s not the case. I had the worst experience at this location. Came in fully willing to spend the money on a mattress and sheets for my mother for the Christmas season and wish I would’ve dealt with another employee and location. The young lady who I dealt with was named Trinity. I’d like to say she helped me with my needs instead of laughing behind the counter on her phone, sadly not the case. Traveling all the way from Minnesota on vacation and heard great things about this company from friends. Wish I would’ve had the same experience they did.

Don’t be fooled or “bamboozled” and pay extra, these items are made of Rayon or its technical term is Viscose, it’s the same thing.Don’t think you are buying bamboo as they call it, these people take advantage of people who lack textile knowledge.Google “bamboo fabric ftc”- the federal trade commission has sued multiple brands for Mislabeling products as bamboo.

Had such a lovely experience at the Lahaina location today. Both girls working were so lovely and helpful. Zero pressure, so friendly. Bamboo being a renewable resource and soft as all get out. Would recommend!

I ordered 7 things from Cariloha online since going into the store seemed like it was a good idea because of the Pandemic. I ended up trying to return 4 shirts to a Cariloha Store in town, they had polyester in them and it wasn't very apparent on their marketing on the website. They refused to return the items and instead printed out this RMA code which I had to pay to return ship them back to Utah. So I paid $18 unnecessarily to ship back. After shipping the items back I received an email with coupon codes, not an actual refund, It gets worse. The codes can only be used one at a time. So I had to do 4 or 5 separate orders just to use all the credit and on top of that I had to pay shipping on each individual item which almost negates the credit by a third. One shirt costs $10 to ship so I lost almost a third of the credit just to not being able to use all the coupon codes at once. This is all by design on their part to make things really hard to return and I will not be ordering anything ever again. It's a shame because I've spent a ton of money on their beds and bases and was actually going to buy their new Luxury bed model but not now, not ever. You would think that the owners would have more ethics based on the fact this is a Mormon owned company.

Never EVER buy from their stores if you are on vacation. If you decide to return something you have to either return it to the store you bought it from or pay a hefty shipping fee to get your products back to their headquarters. TOTAL waste of money. NO RETURN POLICY THAT DOESNT COST YOU LOTS OF MONEY

DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE ON VACATION. If you Need to make a return they require you to go back to the original store or pay a hefty fee to ship back their heavy products to utah for them. Cashiers don't tell you when you are buying their products. NOT WORTH a paying half the cost of the item just to return it if you change your mind. we have a Cariloha store 15 min from our house back home and cant return it there. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE at headquarters. Don't waste your money unless you're 100% sure

I am very pleased with my recent experience at both Cariloha locations in Lahaina. I was initially assisted by Clansi who was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me plan out my Christmas shopping as I had lots to get in different varieties. Over the next few weeks I was also assisted by Dallen and Kara. A real pleasure working with all 3 of these fine staff members. Excellent customer service beginning to end not to mention great variety of products in both locations. Everything is amazing. I love the bedding, bath, and apparel!

Unfortunately Cariloha used to be awesome. They had a lifetime warranty on their sheets. Now they went down to a 1 year warranty and they do not even really back that. Two sets of sheets that I purchased, discolorations showed up within a year and they did not back their warranty saying they do not cover discoloration. I followed the direction and all for washing and they discolored. In my opinion, they have gone downhill on quality and they used to be so good. For the price of their merchandise, there should be better quality than this,This is very disappointing to see and I was a long time brand loyalist, but now I am done with the brand. I just see quality issues and a company that is not willing to stand by their product. The first sign of that should have been the change to their warranty from lifetime to 1 year. That says a lot right there! No longer am I purchasing this brand.They lost a customer for life with refusal to honor their word and warranty!!!

I recently placed two orders with this store and both times I had had amazing service. The last order one of the shirts had a small hole in it. I called the store and without any hesitation they offered to replace the shirt. I have spoken to both the husband and wife and you will receive amazing service from both.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE I purchased the Resort King size sheet set and extra pillow cases in a Blue Lagoon on January 24th. Total bill was $294.79. They were out of stock but expecting more product in a few days. They wrote up a drop ship order form and said my bedding would ship on February 4th to Canada. To date, I have received nothing. I tried calling the store directly but kept getting a message that my call was not accepted (guessing they do not receive international calls?). So I called head office last week and they couldn’t find a record of my purchase but said they would call the store and call me back. Again, I have not received a call back. My credit card has been charged. I will be posting here weekly until this is resolved.
