“Best happy hour on the island! We went twice while on vacation even though we were staying in Kanapali and it took 50 minutes to get there.
We love their coconut shrimp and coconut cloud martini. We had a Caesar salad, sliders on the first visit and the crab bisque and mahi tacos on the second. Everything was delicious and the service is attentive.”
“IMHOI stopped into this cute store earlier in the year and saw some cute tops. I wanted to try them on, but at the time due to recent surgery, didn't want to put pressure on my stitches. After I left, I kept thinking about them. Should've bought 'em then!Cut to 5 months later and I was back in Maui. I made it a point to visit the store again (I didn't even remember the name, but knew it was located in Napili Plaza!) I left with two new form-fitting camisoles in black and beige. Both were reasonably priced. The labels said OS (One size) and I squeezed myself into them. I can breathe in them, so they must fit. LOLCustomer service was very friendly. Yep, I'll definitely be going back next year!”
“Such a cute and unique boutique! I was so sad I found it the day before I left Maui—wish I had discovered it sooner. The jewelry and other items are absolutely beautiful, easily the best I’ve seen on the island. The lady who helped me was super friendly and made the experience so enjoyable, even with my toddler running around being crazy. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I’m in Maui. Don’t miss this spot!”

A cover up caught our eye but I left with 4 items aftertrying on numerous pieces because the selection, sizing & quality were fantastic and friendly to multiple body types. “We shopped here to pick up some clothing for our stay at Kaanapali and for an ATV excursion.We found what we needed, all reasonably priced.This store had much to choose from, was well organized, and the employees were friendly. There is plenty of parking within the centers parking lot. Easy access into and out of the center from the main road. We will definitely return in the future when visiting the Lahaina area.”

They are always a conversation starter around the world. Kevin raised the bar on customer service. He was very helpful showing us all the short sleeved tees in the size we requested and finding a long sleeve as well. He chatted about their online store and things we had done in Maui. “I recently bought a beautiful dress from Tori Richard at Whalers Village, but unfortunately, I made the mistake of washing it on the delicate cycle instead of hand-washing as instructed. As a result, the dress shrunk, and the lining became exposed at the bottom. I brought it back to the store the next day, hoping for some advice, and to my surprise, the store manager kindly offered me a full refund, even though the mishap was entirely my fault.
Another note, the salesperson I bought the dress from was named Adele and she was lovely as well. Very helpful and a delight to speak to. I was hoping to see her again.
The manager was incredibly sweet and patient, going above and beyond what I expected. Her professionalism and kindness left such a positive impression on me. I am so grateful for the outstanding customer service, and I’ll definitely be a loyal customer from now on—lesson learned on reading care instructions! Thank you again, Tori Richard, for your generosity and exceptional service.”

“Great boat and captain. We did the snorkel trip to Lanai and it was really fun. We were fortunate enough to see a whale late in the season as well as spinner dolphins and some giant green turtles. Breakfast was a nice muffin with fruit and lunch was a nice turkey sammich with a chocolate chip ?. I would do this trip again! Super convenient out of Lahaina too.”
“Great customer service at this store! Finally made a trip to Maui and it’s a must for me to visit a Local Motion whenever I go to the Islands. We stayed near Lahaina and saw there was a Local Motion in town so we had to go check it out. When we got to the store we were immediately greeted by the team working they day. After a little browsing were approached by an associate named Jachia who was really nice and helpful! She showed us the deals going on and had no problem checking and looking for sizes for me and my girlfriend. She was really helpful, patient, and friendly especially with us asking a lot of questions. During the visit we also did get introduced to Nate who was really nice too! Our visit to the store that day was great! It didn’t just feel like we went shopping but felt like we made new friends! Thank you Jachia for all the help and awesome service!”
“IMHOHadn't been in a Del Sol store for years. Didn't even know they still existed! This is a nice diversion away from your regular touristy shops along Front St. I didn't leave with anything, but my daughter found some great souvenirs to bring back home for her co-workers.”

“Perfect shop with a variety of souvenirs and Hawaiian items. Amazing staff and very honest! Came here with the family and my daughter grabbed a few things. One of the items didn't make it into the bag so we came back the next day and the staff was honest and gave it to her. Highly recommended!”

“We had the best experience here! After realizing there was a small defect on a shirt, we had no problem exchanging. The owner, Julie (who quickly became, Auntie to us), went above and beyond helping my daughter choose something new that she loved even more. This is the aloha spirit that wins peoples’ hearts. We meant to go back, but our plans changed. I can’t wait until we are back in Maui to visit Auntie again!!!”
“Started out not so good as we had purchased some items at the Wailea store and when we got to the Ka’anapali area and checked in my wife realized the item she bought was one size too big. We walked up to Cariloha at Whalers to exchange as well as buy some other things and were told by two staff members that the items had to be returned to the store we purchased them at. I asked if they were sure because that didn’t really make sense and they said something about their inventory, not know what the other store had, blah blah blah and at the end of the day there was nothing they could do, suggested we drive a half hour back tot he other store if we want to exchange, so we walked away and didn’t purchase the other items we had picked out. I said if that is the store policy then it only makes sense to shop online and not in store in the future. That night I was thinking about it and it still didn’t make sense to me so I emailed Cariloha and was responded to quite promptly from the regional manager that there was an error and that they actually could do an exchange, just not a return (which still doesn’t make sense but it didn’t concern me at the time). We went back the next day and there was a different person working who was quite pleasant and had no issue taking our exchange and helping us purchase other items. We will go back before going home, if she is working, and order some stuff to be shipped home. Started as a very poor experience but ended up working out.”

“Was on vacation and they were doing a wheel raffle ranging from free socks shirts to beach towels and 50% off I was lucky enough to get a free shirt and a beach towel just by trying on a pair of shorts and my lady also got a free shirt. Everything with Hawaii on it is exclusive and can’t get anywhere else. But prices are really high for volcom products. That’s why the 4 stars. I wish all volcom stores had these raffles where I’m from.”
