I wish I could give no stars. We had confirmed reservations months in advance for a car rental the day of our check out at Sheraton Maui. We checked out and went to enterprise and they were closed for Memorial Day. We called and all the customer service rep said she could do was have us pick one up from the airport 50 minutes away. We pay the 85 dollar Uber bill to go pick up a car that was supposed to be ready for us in the lobby. She said they couldn’t deliver us a car even though it was a CONFIRMED reservation. “ sometimes the cars just aren’t available” was her response. ha well maybe let your Customers know atleast a day in advance, or DON’T confirm the reservation. Now we are checked out of our hotel at 10:00 am with no car and a fight at 11:00 o’clock this evening. Shame on you enterprise for ruining the last day of our dream vacation. I will never use your company again.!!!! I’m disgusted in your poor customer service and lack of empathy for your ignorance. ABSOLUTELY APPALLED!!

I asked to modify my rental. The guy at the counter “ Safe” he told me that was his name . He didn’t really care about my concerns. I had to ask a few times just to get a short answer. Definitely recommend getting your vehicle at the airport.

It was easy and fast. But I did not recieve my invoice yet.Always be careful about the opening hours as it is only up to 11 am.Thank you Enterprise

We called the local Enterprise location and they arranged to have a Jeep delivered to the Sheraton location the next morning for a day use. The person on the phone was very friendly and the person at the pickup location was very friendly and helpful.

I call at 8 AM to the local #, confirm a model in stock, I’m reassured that I’ll get the exact Jeep model, I book it and then when I show up having spent $30 on a Uber, they show that they don’t have it. Get your s together guys

I had a positive experience at this Enterprise location. (The Branch In the Sheraton) Doroteo, the branch manager, was very nice and friendly. He found the perfect Jeep for me and exceeded my expectations in every way. He also gave me a great rate and recommended getting Damage Waiver (DW), which gave me peace of mind. When I return to Maui, I would definitely rent a car at this location again and say hi to Doroteo!

I have been a loyal customer of enterprise for years and never had an issue until today. My husband and I went to pick up a reserved car for us and because the credit card we were using only has my name and no my husbands we weren’t allowed to rent the vehicle. I was there with my Id and still they guy said that because he was going to drive his name had to be on the card. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

This location is no longer open. I made a reservation here and it was confirmed and I was checked in online. When I showed up, a hotel employee (Sheraton) told me this location had closed. They couldn't tell me where it had moved or where my reservation actually was. I tried calling the number on my reservation and my call wouldn't go through. Thankfully I was on a bike and went to the next Enterprise location up the highway about a mile and a half away. I told the lady at the desk what was going on and she had no apology. No explanation. No one had called me or emailed me to tell me that that branch was closed. Thankfully I was able to get my car but what a waste of time and lack of customer service!

This was the easiest, friendliest car rental ever. I’ve rented from enterprise before and a few other places, but this was the simplest. I’m sure some of the changes are due to COVID. They looked me up by my phone, as a previous client they had everything. Brought the Jeep to my hotel, easy look at my license, curbside sign on the tablet and credit card swipe. We were able to return it via our hotel valet. Car was clean and well maintained too.

Exceptional service and understanding. We returned our car an hour late due to a medical emergency and enterprise didn't hesitate before honouring our return at the scheduled time. We so appreciate your empathy and understanding. Mahalo!

These guys made it easy, rented a car for a couple of days, turned it in, and realized we still needed, well wanted it for another day. They were extremely helpful and set it right up. Definitely will rent from them again.

Enterprise at Sheraton in Maui on kannapali is terrible. We booked an intermediate car but when we went to go pick up the car they gave us a compact car. When I asked the attendant was this an intermediate car because my husband is 6'2 he assured me that it was an intermediate car. A couple of days later I had seen an ad for a car rentals showing the Ford fiesta as a compact car. So I called enterprise and they confirmed that the car was a compact. So I spoke with manager Ildi and asked her why I received a compact and not an intermediate as I reserved. She said that attendant made a mistake and that she was willing to give us a premium car as a jester. When I said no as I had plans, she said well what do you want us to do about it? So I told her I think she should start with adjusting the cost of the car as a good show of faith and make it worth our while. She said that she would be willing to take $70 off the cost of the car (which is the compact rate) and and that is all that she would be willing to do. We did have another car reserved but we told her to cancel that reservation as she had not shown good faith in the first registration and left a bad taste in her mouth about enterprise. I know I should've rented from budget because they're more customer friendly. I would not rent from enterprise again. I think everybody should think twice about renting from them, I know it's close to Kaanapali hotels but it seems they're only in it for the money and don't care about the customer.
