A nice place to stay in Lahaina with convenient access to beach, grocery, restaurants, food trucks and more!

We loved everything about our stay here! The unit was immaculate, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. We saw turtles every day of our stay from our lanai (this will be a treasured memory). I also saw one whale tail off in the distance on one very clear day. The sunsets were beautiful and mornings, quiet and serene.Parking was confusing, and we got mixed messages (but we were told that was due to construction happening, so probably not an issue going forward).Definitely would recommend the 2 bedroom units if taveling with 2-4 people as having two bathrooms was a huge win for us, especially after visits to the beach.Thank you for having us!

Beautifully managed property, best views, clean pool. The apartment needs a deep cleaning, other then that, everything is great about the property

Great location, plenty of space and accommodations. Easily fit 5 adults. Pool is nice and warm. Building needs some updates. There's no air conditioning, and the bedroom got stiflingly hot so I couldn't sleep.

Very, very noisy these days on both the street-facing and ocean-facing sides. Horrible sleeping conditions as a result. Buildings, units, appliances, furniture, bath are all worn and need to be refurbished. View and ocean sound are excellent, and these are the saving aspects of this place. We came for sentimental reasons but won't be rushing back.

This business has been horrible to work with during this devastating disaster. We have loved ones staying in their condos and they refuse to help confirm their safety. They are providing no help to those stranded their and they are refusing refunds for those who were planning to visit even though the people and Government are asking people to stay away. Find a better company to rent from, one that cares more about humanity than money.

Currently under construction, there is no AC and no direct beach access. Beautiful views. Rooms are different depending on the owner.

BEWARE OF SCAM BOOKING! Booked and paid for stay at Hololani with credit card charged. Arrived late at night due to delayed flight plane mechanical issues and was left stranded with no access to rental unit. Could not get thru to property multiple attempts via Expedia. Expedia placed assist on highest priority level attempting to contact owner for rental access info. “48 hours after arrival received email stating property owner had called us several times (never received any calls or emails up to that time) and said because we did not respond put us down as a no show!!!!” We were not given access and the property refuses to give us our money back.” Paid for travel insurance through Expedia and Expedia said “not our problem.” Luckily night of arrival found hotel for first night then second night while trying to get ahold of rental/Expedia and then booked rest of stay at another place with availability after we found out Hololani left us stranded. Absolute nightmare! Reporting to Better Business Bureau and will never use Expedia again!!!!!!June 2023

We had a corner location and the view from all three balconies was amazing! Turtles everyday, family feel, quiet and very good location from shopping, food, and the snorkeling locations!

This unit had a front row seat to a gorgeous sunset every evening! The unit was very clean and exactly as pictured on the website. It could use a little updating, and better beds, but otherwise was satisfactory. The only issue for us was regarding no direct beach access from Hololani due to beach erosion and a fence that separates the walkway from the property. Beyond the fence there were sandbags that prevent you from being able to enter the water. There are several public beaches around the area, but require driving and parking. The construction was ongoing on the property, but we were mostly gone during the day, so it really wasn’t too bad. The underground parking space (#42) is in the corner and tight between a wall and two pillars, but we had a jeep and were able to maneuver ok. A larger vehicle could prove to be difficult.

Nice and clean, well maintained. Beach towels were brand new, and beach chairs were in ok shape, but we didn't have to rent any, so that was a plus. Owners were great to work with, replied right away. We enjoyed great views of the ocean as well!

Fantastic location and cleanLocation is 5 stars! Best sunset on maui! Condo is a little dated, but we’re in hawaii and didn’t spend a lot of time in it. Plenty of beach gear to use!!! Snorkels, chairs, umbrella, etc. The only hiccup was a lightbulb was left on top of the refrigerator and when i opened the door i didn’t notice it and it fell and exploded everywhere. Accidents happen and that was okay, but i texted and called the number in my text confirmation and received no response other than a survey. So, in summary, the property was great the vacasa service was an issue. We would stay again tho.

I am staying at A203, Hololani Resort. I booked it back in February. No one bothered to tell me there are extensive renovations going on here, including the apartment right next door. You can't enjoy the balcony or ocean due to the noise of sawing and drilling, and all the workers walking back and forth in front of the lanai. Why else would I be here if I can't be outside? The first thing we saw upon arrival was a sign in the elevator saying some of the building renovations would result in strong fumes and recommended staying inside if it bothers you. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up. The pool has a construction fence around it. The apartment is fantastic but don't come here any time soon. Vacasa owes me a vacation. I believe we have been duped. I would've asked for another apartment here, but you can't really escape it. Buyer beware.
