First time using H&R. Failed to give me full details on what I needed to do for uploading documents, time frames, etc. Was told they were going to file an extension for my taxes. Have yet to hear back and now they're "temporarily closed" and I have no one to contact.

I went to see an advisor who could not help with a question I had. He told me to come back in a couple days to meet with Celia Domingo, who was quite unhelpful and blunt when I asked for help. It was very discouraging after already being confused about taxes and penalties due, etc. The receptionist, however, was lovely.
