My family and I had never stayed at this property before but from the time we drove up to the time we had to leave to go home. The property blew our expectations out of the water. We currently hold global status with Hyatt and all the perks that they give you are amazing. Our room was clean, the hotel staff was very friendly and had really good food at all the restaurants on the property. highly recommend if you wanna stay on the west side of the island.

We went for drums of the Pacific Luau dance. The performance was awesome by the Hawaiian people. The buffet dinner has very few varieties and it's not that up to the mark. Preferred to have some soy sauce, ketchup or dippings with the menu.

Such an incredible place. We stayed in the Hyatt Regency next door, but we enjoyed the shared pool and the many activities that they offered. Movie night, putt putt challenge, bingo, lei making...the list goes on and on. Pool were amazing and great snorkeling with zero travel involved. Already planning our next trip.

Huge rooms all Ocean Front. Only 130 units. Superb pool right on the ocean. Yes, this is mostly a time share, but many units are available for rent. Two master BRs with full baths. Great Hyatt value!

The room is very spacious and kept clean. Amenities in the room are a little bit old but everything works well. Beach access was close by and fun water slides at the pool. The hotel staff is very friendly, and it’s only a short walk to the village for activities and groceries.

We are owners. Hands down the best location and amenities. Pool area has both adult and children's pools. Short stroll to Walers shopping center that has excellent food options.

Beautiful location right on Kaanapoli Beach. Rooms are large & comfortable with a full kitchen. Preference is given to the owners of that specific property.

Pool Closed. All the pools has been closed for days with no clear updates on when they will reopen. I have been told several times it will open tonight, then tomorrow, then the next night ... days have passed, and still no pool. The kids are very disappointed. We will change to a different resort today for the rest of our Maui stay.

The resort is very nice and the staff super helpful. IMHO the downside is the main activity draw Lahaina isn't there any more. Plus a portion of the Ka'anapali beachwalk washed out near Alii condos and was not replaced. impact walking across sand makes getting to Whalers Village physically challenging.

Great spot with free activities daily. My only complaint would be the lumpy mattress.
