I love Lululemon clothes. The manager Steven who works at the Kaanapali Whalers Village store is not great with customers. I encourage him to be kind, patient and compassionate. A little bit of training can m customer service would benefit him. Mahalo.

Service sucks. People are cold and rude. It felt like I couldn't even ask a question without sass and attitude. A Latina girl walked in and she was being eyed the whole time, I felt bad for her. I heard her leaving the store staying how uncomfortable she felt.

My wife is born and raised in Maui. She grabbed 5 items and went to the dressing room to try on her clothes. The employees did not even acknowledge her. But they greeted four white ladies with one item in their hands and welcomed them with open arms into the dressing rooms. All of the older employees have horrible customer service and discriminate if you don't look white or look like you're rich. There's a reason why they're old and still working in retail. Every person should be treated equal. Especially Hawaiian locals.

Pretty normal Lululemon store in the upscale Whaler's Village mall on the west side of Maui. A few unique Hawaii items that aren't sold elsewhere, but otherwise just a normal store.

As someone that has worked for customer service for 8+ years, some of the employees don't know what that is. Walked in and cashier lady; tall and wears glasses about in her 60s made eye contact but did not greet. Another party walked in just 10 seconds after us and guess what we heard? "Hi welcome!" Terrible terrible customer service! First impressions make everything.

The 2 managers working tonight were AWFUL! I’m so disappointed!!!! One was a man with gray hair & gauges & the other was a pregnant woman with long blackish/brownish hair. This used to be one of my favorite stores, but my interaction just now was shocking & devastating. The 2 managers refused to replace my sister’s defective product, even after looking it up & confirming we purchased it! We frequently go to lulu & own a ton of their products & I’ve exchanged used things, per their quality improvement promise, several times without any issue. The lulu in Wailea said they would exchange it for her, but she wasn’t with me at the time & happened to be with me at this location tonight instead. Both of the managers here were awnry, very unprofessional & quite rude! They spoke down to my sister & I after originally speaking rudely to our mom when she asked for her total again so she could pay with exact change! I will definitely be reaching out to the higher ups. This is not in alignment with the lulu brand. Very disappointing. We will be going back to Wailea! Their manager was much kinder!! I rarely leave poor reviews, but this felt necessary!!!

I really enjoyed this store located in Whaler's Village, which is literally steps away from a sandy beach. Something to keep in mind, many of the shoppers here walk around in their towels and bath suits and may have just come from the beach. I'm from the mainland and was happy to find a limited amount of Aloha gear available at this store, which is identified by a small decal of the hawaiian islands printed on select gear for men and women. The amount available was very limited, and I only saw one of each size available when I was there that day. FYI, Aloha gear are all final sale items. Other decals included a whale tail and the Shaka symbol. The store was very busy, so my interaction with staff was limited, but the checkout gal was really quite friendly. Probably could have had some more staff greeting customers to add a personal touch but there were a lot of customers in the store.

This Lulu location has some cute, limited, local edition products. Namely the Hawaiian islands and a whale's tail decal heat stamped on select items. They get new (local edition) inventory almost daily, so I stopped in multiple times and made multiple purchases.Customer service is hit or miss - generally nice with a couple unhelpful employees. I had to leave a 5 star review for James, who went out of his way to search for certain items for me.

I just tried to buy an outfit here and I shop at Lulu all over the world and always get my military discount that was already proven when I sent it in my card. I didn’t have my ID but had my credit card and the girl wouldn’t even look up my account without it. I had my credit card. Im staying right next door. Extremely rude considering i could have verified my info on my account.

I'm used to lululemons in California so this was nice- it had a few items that are typically out of stock back home and online like the everywhere belt bag small and large in black. Pleasant service, would have preferred a bit more spacious layout but this was ok.
