“As a local resident, I cannot express how happy I am with this shop. Through thick and thin, they have been there to rescue me. Not many options in this area, just 2 mainly. I was going to write my bad experience with the other place but let’s stay happy and aloha and just state the facts on this place. Always a warm welcome with a genuine smile. Eager to help and has all the knowledge. Like how long a shipment might take from here or finding the best option within your budget. Several years ago I would fax from there weekly and it was always a great experience. Off and on throughout the years, I’ve needed something packed and shipped fast, needed a computer when mine went down, needed copies of a flyer for a hula show. Always there with a smile! Things have happened over the last year, mostly unpleasant here on the Lahaina side, but I always know that this shop is there for us in the community and visitors alike. Furthermore, when you walk in and get that “aloha” with a smile, you know it’s genuine. They really do care about what the true meaning of the aloha spirit is! (After writing this I feel like I want to just walk down to the shop a say aloha!)”
