Amazing sunsets from our balcony. Rooms are somewhat outdated and chairs need cushions. The full sized fridge was a plus.Rooms: A better furniture choice would be a welcomed upgrade.Walkability: Only a short walk to a wonderful beach.

The rooms are modest, but you can't beat the location and price.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location . The rooms are very old and I'll equipped (very loud barely functioning AC and no iron ) . There are nonfunctioning widows which basically transmit the sound of ongoing traffic from the nearby street directly into the room. In addition, there is absolutely no privacy , with the blinds being too transparent. They don't clean the rooms regularly of course and on top of that the towels they provided were absolutely disgusting and dirty . Took a shower in an old bathroom that had black mold growing on it .Overall terrible experience and I leaving a day early and booking somewhere else .Don't waste your money , pay extra and get something better .

We stayed at the Napili Village Hotel for 3 nights. It is very close to the beach! Just a minute or two walk. The rooms have a kitchen and dishes to cook with! The room was large enough for two people and was nicely cleaned. There are many plants in the facility to relax and enjoy the time. There is also a pool and even a BBQ grill for your comfort! There were a lot of small insects, and we were concerned about bugs coming into our room when the windows were open, but overall we had a good time!

Great little hotel near the beach...the beach was literally 100 yards from the hotel...the room was updated with high tech stuff...had a swimming pool view and very comfortable. The kitchen was very handy along with the fridge. I paid around $300/night which was the cheapest I could find near the beach without breaking the

My husband and I loved our stay here! The location couldn’t have been better. Right by the Kapalua Coast Trail and 2 great pubic beaches (Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay). After exploring the west side of the island both of these bays were our favorites and they just happened to be steps away from where we were staying. The place had everything we needed and was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with bowls/pots/pans/cutlery. Overall would definitely recommend this place and will stay there again.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here. We got the garden facing studio room. It had all the kitchen essentials, a really nice patio, living area, and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts were really responsive and provided good instructions. We loved going to the coffee store nearby for breakfast. If it wasn't so far from the airport and Hana, we would have stayed here the entire time we were in Maui. We really enjoyed every second of staying at this place. It truly felt like home.

We paid a thousand dollars for a nasty infested hotel. There were lice? Fleas? We don’t know what they were but they were crawling around all over the kitchen. The property is outdated and the receptionists were terrible. They’re barely even there to address concerns. They only work from 8-4 when you’re already out. We had to check ourselves with a lock box. Should have gone with a property rental. They seemed amused when I told them about the bugs and told me they’re going to spray. Thanks, that literally does me no good cause I won’t be coming back. The shower is so gross you cannot seem to feel clean. Save your money and literally book a place anywhere else.

The staff is really kind, but the hotel is in desperate need of an update. The paint in my shower stall was chipped away. The hotel makes you pay $150 for cleaning yet there was a hair in the bathroom and caked dust fell onto my bed the first morning I was there. Worst is that there was zero privacy into my room- the glass window panes next to my door were completely transparent and not coverable since there weren't any blinds.

Napili Village hotel is a really cool hotel. I love all the amenities like being able to cook and walk out the back door into the pool. Also a 2 minute walk from the beach isn’t too shabby. I would definitely

I loved it! Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Private and nice! The beach is walking distance and they provide you with beach chairs, nice pool, places to eat walking distance, best coffee shop in Maui 5 min driving. Room big and has a balcony. It was just perfect! Thank you Napili Village for a wonderful staying :)

We loved Napili village so much, that we booked a new flight so we could prolong our stay. Rooms had nice furniture, the kitchen was complete and the place was clean. The accommodation was quiet and relaxing. We also loved that they had beachchairs available for use. The beach was at walking distance. The pool and the garden was very nice. Parking was always available for guests.

Horrible customer service experience. My wife and I got COVID a week before our reservation, we contacted initially to see about rescheduling. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone either on the phone or through email. When someone at the front desk did answer they told me the couldn’t help me and that I need to wait to talk to a supervisor. An entire week went by without hearing from the supervisor, finally when they reached out they told us they couldn’t accommodate our change of dates and that we could no longer cancel. They are charging us the full amount. It is outrageous, we tried to contact them dozens of times well within the window of opportunity to cancel a reservation but because they deliberately avoided us for a week they are hiding behind the excuse that it’s “too late to cancel.” Tell me, how do you propose I were to cancel on time when no one responded to my email, no one responded to my phone calls, you can’t cancel on their website? The answer is that there was no opportunity. These are shady business practices meant to scam people out of their money during the pandemic. Will never stay here again.
