Very rude staff that doesn't know how to treat customers with respect when asking basic questions around renting equipment. If they don't want to answer questions don't pick the phone up.

Rented snorkel gear for the whole family for the week. Easy process. Duke was hilarious and kept us entertained while he fitted us with our gear. Gave tips on where to go and basics with specific gear. Snorkels were great with water purge. My kids had no problem figuring it out on there first snorkel adventure. Returning snorkel set was an easy drop off. Will rent from here again.

Tabitha was fabulous. I had forgotten the snorkel and masks I brought from home back at the hotel. AND of course I realized this after driving an hour to our snorkel spot. I was about to have a super sad meltdown when my travel companion suggested we rent other snorkels and masks. We stopped by Snorkel Bob's Napili since it was closest, and Tabitha let us in about 10 mins early before opening. While in the restroom, Tabitha and my friend figured out what we needed, and everything was sorted by the time I got. We quickly go to our snorkel spot, which was important because we had limited time to snorkel. We finally got in the water and WOW! The snorkels and masks were great, definitely better than the sets I brought from home. I didn't have to adjust my mask once during a 45 min session. And being 20 weeks pregnant, the nicer snorkel helped me to breathe easier with it's double-tube design (something like that). That ended up being my favorite snorkel spot and we got to see a sea turtle find a hiding spot, an octopus, and dozens of fish, all because Tabitha helped us quickly and compassionately!! Give that gal a raise :)

Duke was beyond helpful in getting us set up to snorkel for our first time. The equipment worked great, he gave great tips and recommendations, and we now have a new favorite hobby!

Didn't want to travel with my fins and saw bobs nonstop on the island. Decided to give it a try and was so glad I did. Took minutes to rent (I actually rented while waiting for food from the place next door and got back before my food came) and can return to any location, staff were really friendly. No complaints. Return took less than a minute. Made the trip soo much better with fins. Should have made this my first stop off the airplane.

I stopped in at Snorkel Bob's to ask a couple of questions about some snorkel equipment I brought with me. The cashier was incredibly helpful & aided me with replacing a mouthpiece for my snorkel. She also gave me a really great tip on how to get my fins on more easily. Keep up the great work!

I visited the store on a rainy day, the lady at the store gave me an honest advice that for a few days it will not be worth doing this since the water is not clear enough to see though, instead of just make money for their business. which totally make sense and show they care about customer not just to rip them off.

Snorkel Bobs hours are on their website. To confirm though, I called and they guy said 8 to 5 and he was short. Ok, great I thought. We showed up at 12:47pm, and there is a note on the door out to lunch for an hour till 1:45! What a huge disappointment and possible inconvenience as we were on a timetable. Luckily, we searched the next closest snorkeling place and it is Boss Frogs, Napili. Wes, the friendly associate, laughed when I asked if they close for lunch. And their prices are almost half price of Bob's. Competition is a good thing and we know where to go next time!
