Terrible customer service .. I am a longtime T-Mobile customer since 1997. And normally have great things to say about T-Mobile.I broke my protective screensaver and figured I would go in and have it replaced since I bought the kind that come with a lifetime warranty. And normally have no trouble replacing them in the store.The only two service technicians on duty were having trouble with their computer confirming whether I had insurance on my phone .. and ended up sending me away, telling me to come back tomorrow? When all they had to do is call in their own customer support line ... where they would've found out that yes I had level 5 insurance on my phone and that I had also purchased the replaceable screensavers.. with my brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Came back in the next day only to find them closed.

"Losing" a cell phone (i.e. I dropped it in the ocean and it never turned on again) on vacation can be such a bummer - however, because of Jimmy's reassuring voice when I first called the T-Mobile store and Marc's knowledge of transferring information & expertise, I was able to walk out with a new phone in about 20 minutes. What a relief! "High five" to Hawaii T-Mobile!

I’m so happy I decided to switch to T-Mobile when purchasing my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. The manager Heather was spectacular at overseeing the transaction with Angel who made sure to make the entire process nice and easy. They answered any and every question I had in a way that was easy for me to understand. Both of them were very knowledgeable and confident which made me very comfortable and confident as well. Excellent customer service for sure. I will definitely be going back for my next purchase!

Dropped in to purchase a set of headphones and a I phone plug. The First Gentleman that helped me was very pleasant. I had to return the headphones as they did not fit my iPad. The Second Gentleman that helped me was so rude, kept rolling his eyes and just threw the $20.00 in my hand and walked away and left me standing in the store with no explanation as to wether we were finished. He never came back and walked away with my receipts.

My phone got water damage during my 2nd day of vacay on Maui. I've been wanting to get out of Verizon for the longest time and sure didn't want to commit a whole new 2 years by purchasing a new phone with them! I went into T-Mobile and inquired of their plans and promotions. Shawn was the first person to help me. He was so patient in explaining everything I needed to do to transfer over to T-Mobile. Also, a couple of problems came up during the transfer which I had to go back the next day to finish the transaction. I was frustrated but Shawn kept his cool and went through hoops in solving the problem. I was so impressed with the service he provided. He never once showed any signs of frustration. I'm so happy now with T-Mobile. Thanks to T-Mobile Lahaina for helping me!

I've been a t-mobile customer since late 2005 and their service prices have always been fair. Do they offer amazing signal in many places like verizon? No, but t-mobiles prices were never crazy when data limit was a thing. Every time I walk into a t-mobile store the people there are always ready to help with anything from simple tech questions to family plans. I'm glad t-mobile has come a long way so I could have great signal almost anywhere, like when I was face timing my wife as I cycled up Haleakala this week.Another quick thing: they have tons of offers now (compared to back in the days) like free netflix, which is pretty nice. Definitely ask about their deals and never feel pressured to sign up;you could always wait for a better deal

People in this store are very knowledgeable, friendly and definitely fun. They will present the best plan for you and not just to make a sale or reach their quota. I've been a t-mobile customer since 2015 and do not regret switching to them from Verizon. Throwaway every thought you have from pre 2014 T-mobile because they have grown to be such an awesome company since then with a lot more coverage.

Heather and Angel give the best T-Mobile service out of any other T-Mobile store on Maui. Upgrading our old 3 g cell to 5g was never easier! I highly recommend this T-Mobile store. They went beyond our expectations in customer service and customer service is truly everything. Highly recommended and plan to do more business with them in the nearby future.

I was going to cancel T-Mobile. These people were so helpful we are going to keep T-Mobile. We had been trying to fix a problem and gone to several other stores. This one finally fixed the problem. Definitely worth the visit.

What a dissatisfying visit this store gave us for our first time visit. As my Ohana pays an absorbent high bill every month, asking a question of clarification to have an employee not involved with our transaction decide to laugh condescendingly at us. It was very unprofessional and infuriating. I requested someone else to handle our account and send out a thank you to Mark for guiding us to a solution.
