Rogue wave caught my daughter’s iPhone 13. Tried the rice trick and only made problems worse when grains got into the charging port. They were pretty certain of the problem and attempted the repair which was successful! Added a screen protector too and saved a 15 year old girl’s vacation. THANK YOU for your fast, fair, and honest service!

Check abc store first, exchanges only no returns, and very overpriced. I'm glad the owner responded and acknowledged that competitive pricing isn't their focus. I recommend checking ABC or Walmart first.

Stopped in Whalers village to go into some shops, and I usually browse kiosks that are typically open for the public to look at the products being sold. Looked at the jewelry stand in the same setup as the tech armor, saw a bracelet I liked, and walked by as I was planing on going to more stores. Upon leaving the mall, I passed by the kiosk again to look at the bracelet to decide if it was something I wanted to purchase. The lady was very friendly at the beginning, but when my mom and I thanked her and walked away after not deciding to make a purchase at this stand, the lady was completely hostile and said “are you serious??” And “why would you come back?” just because I didn’t decide to purchase the bracelet at that time. We were completely shocked of this behavior as it is completely unprofessional and unexpected as there were no issues with the interaction prior. No one trying to sell their merchandise should act like that and say those words to any customer just because they decided not to purchase. The attitude is completely unacceptable.

My mother had dropped her phone in the ocean and it wouldn't charge despite drying overnight. Took her here to have it looked at, and Tech Armor got us sorted out right away and fixed the issue. Saved a huge headache for the rest of our trip! Thank you so much!

Called last minute and Eric said he would stay to fix my wife's phone. It was stuck in a boot loop and we had no idea what to do. He knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed in about 30 min. Thank you Eric!

Worst attitude ever!! Lady from Croatia was managing the stall. Told us ALL CASES are $39.99, changed prices on us after we selected the Case. Beautiful phone cases, worst customer service. NO THANK YOU!!!
