This is a very nicely decorated souvenir store. The owners definitely have a good taste. I did read a few reviews about discrimination, I personally didn't experience any and can't comment for others.Though most items are locally sourced or crafted, not all of them are. Few items can be deceiving by labels. One of the earrings said Hawaiian lava gold though it had nothing to do with Hawaii. The owner was honest enough to say that to us which I appreciate.

The shop itself is beautifully decorated, with vibrant displays of colorful blooms that captivated my attention. It's evident that the owners have a keen eye for design, as the arrangements were artistic and tasteful. Whether you're looking for a simple bouquet or an extravagant centerpiece, Totally Hawaiian Gift Gallery has something to suit every occasion and preference.

This is exactly my kind of Hawaii shop. Exactly what I was hoping for. 100% based on my childhood experiences with my mom, but if you're looking for this particular kind of place, which I was, it is all of of the right things. The people were super nice too. Lovely. Everything I wanted.

My wife and I found a great wall hanging, a quilt made with the shapes of tropical leaves. We received great help from Ron, who opened cabinets, described the way the koa wood pieces were made, and talked about some of the local craftspeople. They have quilted wall hangings, and smaller pieces that could go on a pillow, as well as full bedsize ones. Many discoveries!

This is random, but if you’re looking for quality souvenir coasters then this is the place for it. We usually buy either ceramic or marble coasters of places we visit and we luckily found a marble Maui coaster that we absolutely love! We went right before Christmas and the ornament options were also great. There are of course many cheaper places to buy souvenirs, but the quality of the items here were definitely great. If you’re flying out of OGG airport then I also strongly suggest buying souvenirs at the stores before reaching your gate — they had great options of items we couldn’t find elsewhere on the island and the prices were fairly reasonable, if not cheaper, than most stores outside the airport.

While shopping in Whaler's Village, I discovered the Totally Hawaiian Gift Gallery, a gift shop that carries Christmas decor, Hawaiian art, home decor, jewelry, soaps, lotions & perfumes, and more. Rhonda was friendly and helpful. We picked up a few hibiscus hair clips, loofah soap, and some jewelry!

This place has super cute things, all Hawaiian themed. The person who was helping us was super personable and friendly, approaching everybody multiple times to ensure we were doing well. What really peaked my interest were the ornaments made of things found on the beach. I got a sea turtle one, because it was super cute. Overall, I highly recommend at least a glance through this store.

Shout out to Rhonda for being so incredibly helpful! My fiance and I were in the store last summer and fell in love with an art piece. All these months later I reached out and explained the piece I was looking for to see if I could purchase it as a wedding gift to him. Rhonda immediately responded with a picture of the art piece and called me the next day to do the purchase. Knowing it was a gift she offered to text me the receipts and the tracking number. Amazing customer service (and great store of course)!

Beautiful store and beautiful pieces from Hawaiian artisans. The owner went the extra mile with helping me find white ginger products that my 73 year old mother had loved when she lived in Hawaii as a little girl. Very kind.

Made a special trip to this store and I’m glad we did! I got a beautiful plumeria ornament, a candle in a coconut and a nice little necklace for my friend. My mother and sister both found a lotion they loved and we enjoyed meeting the owner! Definitely come here!

Walked in with no bags or backpacks of any kind. Saw some cute coasters and one was labeled $9.99 but the ones underneath were not labeled. Asked the worker if $9.99 was for a set of coasters. She said it’s for one like how it’s labeled on each coaster. Then she proceeded to pick up all the coasters insinuating that I would steal them. I walked out immediately. Horrible experience. I see another review about discrimination toward people of color and I also felt this way. Surprising for a state that has significant amount of Asians who live here.
