You can always depend on them delivering late and getting the job done at their own leisure. Don't bother paying extra for expedited shipping as packages will just hang out at the post office for a few days.

I have such bad luck that every time I come to this post office, there's no one else to help except the same dark-skinned man with short hair and short stature his name Israel, for some reason, when he's not treating me in a dismissive manner, simply doesn't provide any service, and I have to leave empty-handed. I've been back home since the fire for a month. For reasons related to the tragedy, I had to give away one of my cars, and the other needs to be repaired. I can't travel to Kahului in these conditions. The condo where I live no longer has mailboxes, and I had to buy a PO Box. It's still not a solution. Today I came to pick up a package from Amazon. The man tells me to come back in 30 minutes because they're still working on it. I've been waiting for 40 minutes and there's nothing yet.
It's very frustrating; every time I come here, I want to cry.
I just found a girl, her name Amaris, she helped me and brought the package for me, the man could do it before, but he never does it.

Post office in town right across the street from the water and open and Free Parking are very friendly the interior is organized and all the supplies you need are here. Beautiful to even take a trip to the post office!

As my family travels across the 50 states, we send postcards to ourselves from the places we visit. This was one of the best post office experiences we have had. One of the postal workers had a basket of goodies for the kids to take one. They played with the toy all week in our hotel room!

Very good experience to ship a big package internationally. Big Thanks to Israel the man who took care of us at the desk. He was very nice and helpful with us. Would definitively recommend this post office.

This is my local post office and it is often crowded, so be prepared to wait. Probably because it closes at 4pm which is ridiculously early. The staff are thin on the ground but great, but the wait isn't. I tried using the self serve kiosk outside today and went though the whole process to post a parcel before it told me at the last step that it was out of paper and couldn't complete my purchase. Sigh.If I can I usually use the main Kihei post office. They have multiple staff on and even though there is a queue it moves fast and the staff there are very efficient.

The employees at this post office are all wonderful. They answer their phone, follow up with issues.

The hours are 9:00 - 4:00. The service is good, but the lines can get long so plan accordingly. You can buy postage outside at the machine, but not regular stamps.

Went to both Lahaina PO today. Stopped at one at 3:40 and had to rush to the other one and got there at 3:50. Could not get in because you both closed before 4:00 pm, your supposed closing time as stated on your doors. That is called STEALING!!! There are hardworking Americans who pay taxes to keep you afloat. Be honest and work until 4:00. If you don’t want to, then leave and find a job you enjoy!

I didn't go inside so I didn't interact with anyone working there. What I love about this is the self serve station where you can find a box, pay, and ship your packages. Not sure if it's open 24/7 but it's great to ship stuff home or to friends and family without having to carry it in your luggage.

Well as post offices go there is nothing special about this one. We were sending postcards to our nieces and nephew in Sweden so that is the reason we stopped by. There were actually 2 people working this particular day but that probably isn't always the case. We got in and out in a decent amount of time.

I've used this location for my PO Box for many years. The customer service is amazing. On multiple occasions they have gone above and beyond to help me. Lahaina's Post Office No Ka Oi!!!
