It has been 3 days of one person working with 10 plus customers in the store at one time, there is only so much One person can do. This is poor representation of the Verizon compny to only have One employee working any day of the week The care level of the customer is very poor. No excuse. The employee can only do so much. If management don't care about the customer support. The employee are Great with good attitude under horrible working conditions.i feel for them.

Our son broke his phone during our vacation. We called this store and spoke with Jeff and he was amazing! By the time we got to the store he had a new phone for my son and even lowered our bill! Jeff is amazing! Aloha!

DO NOT go here! it's a total scam and they will flat out lie. "Free" products are not free. I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for over 35 years. I have never even considered changing carriers but will now head over to T Mobile and see about switching over.

I’d like to thank Lahaina Rep Justin. I was disappointed on a bill/upgrade situation with a previous rep and he helped me get a better plan for me. He also was very patient and I’m very thankful he went out of his way to keep me with Verizon. Mahalo Justin! Appreciate you.
