We loved this hotel so much. We rented a jeep and this was a convenient location to bop around the North Shore in for a few days. The in-lobby Starbucks and food was a nice perk. We appreciated the cultural activities they offered throughout our stay as well as the laundry facilities to wash and dry our bathing suits and towels in nightly. Will stay again!

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The remodel looks great, staff was very friendly. There are not a lot of good options outside of the hotel.
Large comfortable and clean rooms.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 5. Loved the pool and the space with the outdoor games. Very close to nice beach.

Overall, the service stood out as impeccable. The staff was friendly and accommodating to all our requests. The rooms were fine, the issue is we got a room with a door connecting an adjoining room where there happened to be a wedding party. The noise was annoying, especially to my partner who was coming down with a flu at the time. The lowlight is the food at this hotel. It is not at all good. It's also overpriced (a cup of coffee costs $6.3!!). What kills it for me is that they don't allow outside food in the common lobby area.
All things considered, I'll probably stay somewhere else on my next visit.

This place is a great location to stay to relax on oahu. This was far better than the latter half of our vacation in waikiki. The pool is almost always empty after 7:00 p.m., and great relaxation for the family. Pickleball courts are also available, as well as snorkeling and other water sports devices for rent.
If you're traveling to oahu, and you're looking to relax, stay your entire time with this hotel and enjoy the beaches in the area and the food trucks. If you're looking for great food and shopping, stay in waikiki. Far more busy, but less relaxing

This hotel was AMAZING to stay in for our honeymoon! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took great care of us. The views are pristine and there is a quiet secluded beach just walking distance away. The proximity to PCC and the north shore was ideal for our trip. Our room was spacious, clean, and relaxing. The bathrooms feel luxury. 10/10 five stars two thumbs up!!!

Nice modern hotel that offers a good amount of amenities. I wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and other outdoor activities. There is also live music performed at night in the lobby area. Would love to come back again!

Overall not bad for being the only hotel around the area along with the turtle bay resort . Must pay for everything coffee, beach rentals food. Rooms don’t get cleaned every day and room service asks if you need towels and stuff. The bistro has yummy food but, my experience was if I paid this much for my food , then at least have the curtesy to bring it to my table but, no my food was sitting on the counter for over 20 minutes and 3 servers were around !! Had to go in and get my food to eat . Terrible food service.

Probably one of the better hotels I stay at in Hawaii and the price is decent for all the benefits it has to offer. The ocean is right across the street, right next door to the Polynesian Center, McDonald walking distance for something quick, Foodland is a short drive with many other food and shopping in the same plaza. Food trucks is another short drive with many options for food and drinks. Away from the busy city and less traffic. The pool is super nice and the staff is friendly! They do have a tiny restaurant that offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Parking is super easy and convenient. Definitely a place I would stay again and would recommend.

Located right next to the Polynesian Cultural Center, BYU, and McDonald's.
Pool was never busy so it was easy to find a chair or cabana. They also had lawn games. No alcohol is allowed in public spaces .

Courtyard Oahu North Shore – The Laid-Back Beach Escape You Didn’t Know You Needed 🌺
If you’re looking for a relaxing stay away from the bustle of Waikiki but still close to Oahu’s most iconic sights, Courtyard North Shore is a hidden gem.
Location? Unreal.
It’s literally steps from Laie Beach, and just across from Polynesian Cultural Center-so you can go from cultural shows to sunset swims without skipping a beat. Plus, it’s a quick drive to famous spots like Waimea Bay, Shark’s Cove, and Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck.
Rooms? Clean, modern, and spacious with island-inspired decor. It’s not flashy luxury-but super comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Ocean and mountain views? Yes, please.
Vibe? Chill, local, and family-friendly.
You won’t get the party scene here, but if your dream Hawaii trip involves slower mornings, beach walks, and friendly service-it nails it. Bonus: there’s a nice pool and hot tub area to unwind post-adventure.
Tip: Grab breakfast at the onsite bistro or walk to local cafes nearby. And don’t miss the sunrise-it’s absolutely magical from this side of the island.
