DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.
I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I popped my tire and replaced it. I went to get an alignment at another shop and they were unable to align it. They recommended to take it to this shop for an inspection (never trust a recommendation to a shop, do your own research).
At Adolf's, after a $500 inspection fee, they told me that my frame was bent. I trusted them and told them to proceed with the work of adjusting the frame. After a few weeks, with little communication, they told my car was all done and ready to be picked up. I got there and they informed me I had to take it to get a new alignment again before it was actually completely done.
I thought that was odd, but I took it to get another alignment. I went to a different shop than the previous one because they were backed up for a couple weeks. At this new shop, they could not align the car and informed that they didn't know what Adolf's even did to the truck. They also told me they thought it was weird why I personally took the car for an alignment, as in all of their experience, the mechanic doing the work gets the alignment for the customer so the car is completely done and ready to be driven home.
I then went back to Adolf's with this information and they told me that the car needed more work to be done by replacing the control arm. I thought this was really odd that they didn't uncover this in the first place, even with a $500 inspection fee! And why didn't they tell me about the control arm before I went to the alignment? I think they knew they didn't fix the car in the first place.
At this point, I took it to another shop where this mechanic informed me that the car never needed to have the frame adjusted. He told me that a frame adjustment is only needed in rare cases and only when you damage the car at a high speed. In this case I popped my tire only going about ten miles an hour. He told me it needed an upper control arm replacement within five minutes of seeing the car and I gave him no previous information. He informed that he thinks I was scammed out of the $1300 I paid for the frame adjustment and I should try to receive my money back.
I went back to Adolf's with this information where I told them in a completely professional manner all of this information. They responded very rudely, even YELLING at me. They refused to refund any money at all. I am blown away that they would treat a customer this way and I can see why they have multiple bad reviews online already. I made a mistake and shouldn't have gone to them, do not make the same mistake as me.
I took my car to the new mechanic, where he had it done within a week.
In the end, I think Adolf's thought the car needed a frame adjustment and they were wrong. When I went back with information from a new shop they would not admit they made a mistake and treated me VERY poorly.
I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND NOT A GOOD MECHANIC.
