We returned the rental car with Alamo in Kauai,HI. Jan was very nice and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were happy with the car we rented.

The staff here is INCREDIBLE!! We had a car issue on vacation and the staff was amazing (not the Alamo car center) but the local staff.
They were friendly at pickup, drop-off and with the car issue. This Aloha spirit they have and customer service hands down would make me choose this car rental company in Kauai time and time again.
Side note - my parents were with us on vacation, chose a different rental car company our customer service experiences were night and day
Ours at Alamo TOP NOTCH INCREDIBLE. Theirs at another company.....not so much!!!!

Awesome on line check in so you simply show up and pick your vehicle! Easy and efficient return with no hassles! Would highly recommend especially on Hawaiian Islands.

Aloha, 1st of all just want to say that We LOVE Alamo. Anywhere we travel, itʻs always needs to be Alamo Car Rental. We will never rent from anywhere else.
2nd…I would like to give a big shout out and big Mahalo to Christina at the Alamo Lihuʻe Kauaʻi location. She was so friendly & very helpful. Iʻm birn and raised Kauaʻi girl, but live on Maui now but the service i received from Christina was amazing. Even when I dropped off the rental, Christina was there to assist me along with another manager (sorry didnʻt get her name) but she was also amazing. I appreciate them, all the other workers and Alamo. Next time we come back to Kauaʻi iʻll make sure to bring more manju and/or other Maui goodies for all of you.

Rented a convertible. They switched off for a small SUV. Said their convertible were recalled. When we returned the suv there were numerous convertibles being returned.
If you are on the cruise do not rent from them. The shuttle back to ship is few and far between. 6 shuttles to airport, none to pier.

Employees waited past hours knowing that my flight was delayed. I don't know what I would have done if I couldn't have gotten a vehicle. They went beyond what one would expect. 5 STARS!!!

No wait getting our reserved minivan, reassuring gate agent, and very helpful shuttle driver with key information impacting our trip plans & helping with our bags. Great experience with Alamo and highly recommend!
