Big shout out to the service/tech team for their amazing services!! From the receptionist to the service/tech guys, awesome work. I had a tear on my tire and needed a tire replacement immediately. The rep on the phone, I believe her name is Lauri?..(APOLOGIES IF THE NAME ISN’T RIGHT) She was too kind and helpful in such a stressful time. I called them from the side of the road and asked if they’d be able to take me in for an immediate tire change and if they had a tire in stock. Unfortunately, they did not. BUT! I cannot tell you how grateful I am for them because they actually called all over the island to see if they had tires available and opened a slot to take my car in…. After the calls, they found one! So no words can express my gratitude for them going above and beyond (in my eyes) to assisting. I was told I’d be able to pick up the tire and bring it over, BUT (AGAIN), the tech advised that he’d go and pick it up from the place that had the available tire! I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE I’D BE ABLE TO GET THIS KIND OF SERVICE, BUT KIA KAUA’I YOU DEFINITELY SHOWED MUCH ALOHA TODAY AND YOU DESERVE THE BEST ONLY! MUUUUCH MAHALO FOR YOUR TEAM! PLEASE RECOGNIZE THEM TODAY FOR THEIR GREAT ALOHA AND SERVICES!

These guys are professionals and wonderful to work with when i was purchasing my used car.I also have to Reccomend working with Samson on the kia preowned lot. He answered all my questions and was good fun for talk story with. Easy to get along with.You like one used car that is well taken off. Hit these guys up. They will take care of tou too.

Never buy a Kia! They don’t warranty latent defects on their Paint Jobs. Paint is just peeling off the car due to poor priming of the metal prior to spraying the white paint. Do your research before buying. This car has been well taken care of, and paint has been peeling off this car for well of 1 year.

Not a good idea to buy car at kia. Kia is a rip off. I bought a kia soul started doing fine so l decide to do a full service because is been two years since i bought it. After the service they found lots of problem with the car how can that be, supposed to b still good condition. There was problem wth the two front wheel then the break pad front & back. Now they saying there is another prob they have to check another diagnosis another payment. Is a rip off. Im thankful for there service but another thing is charging me so much that the car has so many problem. Brand new Kia soul 2018 only 4 year of used. But so many problem & recall. Warranty last only a year then ur paying out of your pocket. It Cost alot & still paying the monthly for the car. Having lots of problem wth the car. Not worth it.

My girlfriend and I just spent $40,000 on a 2016 Toyota Tacoma from aloha Kia. We paid extra for the full warranty package playing it safeSeeing as how we just spent most of our savings on this truck. Two weeks later it breaks down at night on our way home, we have it towed back to them and they tell us that our warranty doesn’t cover the clutch and flywheel (the part that broke) and it will cost $3300 to fix it. We politely tell them that this is not fair and it’s been two weeks since we purchased it, they refuse to make it right, I called three mechanics they quoted the fix at $1700-2000 (not $3300) and said they have also heard bad things about aloha Kia. I highly recommend nobody use them. We also bought a $30,000 Jeep from king auto in Lihue and they have always treated us right. My brand new truck is still broke down because I currently don’t have the money to fix it, thanks aloha kia

Worst customer service ive ever experienced. These guys keep the 'used car salesman' reputation low. Bought an awesome used vehicle from them. It was priced 25% over the KBB suggested value and the manager refused to budge even a dollar off his price. Fair enough, I know the car market is tight right now. The cherry on top was when they took it to fill up the gas tank, to only half full. Cuz company policy says used vehicles, even ones priced in same range as new ones, only get half a tank. Promised to follow up with me, never heard a word. The message? Give us your money and get out so we can take the next guys money. Cars great, but the management needs a lesson in customer service.

Worst sales experience I have ever had, I have great credit and ready to buy but couldn't get the 0% financing as advertised. I bought my last car there but never again. Going to go by something else.

We have a 2015 Kia Sportage that threw it's timing chain and destroyed the engine. We had it towed to Aloha Kia Kauai, where we bought the car. Jet, the service manager informed us that we would need a new engine but also that we were four months out of warranty. I asked Jet to please go back over our service history with the vehicle and see how we have taken care of our Kia Sportage. It was a day later that Jet called us back and said, "Yes, I see you have taken great care of this car and you should not be punished for a manufacture failure that would cost us $7,000 to $8,000 to fix."Jet the service manager at Aloha Kia Kauai went well above and beyond for us!! He went to Kia corp. and pleaded our case to them and with his wonderful determination Jet, was able to have Kia ship out to Kauai a brand new engine and Aloha Kia installed the new engine for free.Aloha Kia Kauai, indeed showed us sooo much Aloha and in a time of a world wide pandemic that they have gained all the respect I can give them.Jet, we thank you so very much for all that you and Aloha Kia Kauai have done for us.Aloha,John & Yumi

Aloha Kia was very polite at first. The sales team was great! Until not even a month later my vehicle breaks down and I get accused of off roading and told they will not fix it. I just moved to Kauai after getting my masters degree in New York. I have spent most my money moving here to be a 5th grade special ED teacher at Kapa’a elementary and now my brand new vehicle I just purchased is broke down and cannot be driven until I come up with $2000 to fix it. The General manager Jeff did the typical car dealership nightmare and accused me of off roading after only owning the car for not even 1 month. Called the owner of Kia and yet still trying to stick me with a $2000 bill in order to fix my brand new vehicle. I have never dreamed of such a nightmare when purchasing a new vehicle

I've been coming here since 2016 and the service has always been good. Last year 2020, I came here to get my car serviced with oil change, full point inspection, and tire rotation. My appointment was at 8:00 A.M. but they didn't take it in till 10:00 A.M. I went to ask Jet (service guy who was managing the front) why are they taking cars who came after me and by this time it was already 9:15. Jet said, I'm sorry but your car will be next. But of course not, that didn't happen at all. That day was the first time I was so disappointed with their service department. I decided to give them another chance. So I made an appointment for today (April 14, 2021) which consists of checking transmission, changing front and rear shocks, and replacing my tire pressure monitor system (all 4 of them). When I made this appointment, I asked Jet if they have car loaners that I could use since I know it would take the whole day to fix. He told me that they have cars I could rent for $34 a day. My next question was if I needed to go to a car rental agency. Jet said no need to worry because they have cars on their lot and I wouldn't need to go anywhere. I was stoked and said O.K. sounds good, see you on the 14th. Ok so before I go any further, this appointment was made on April 9th. My appointment was at 10:00 so I get there at 9:00 just to make sure I get things settled with the car rental. I get checked in by Jet and I asked him questions about the car rental. He tells me they only have 5 cars to rent and they are all taken. I could stay and wait for another car to be returned but it needs to be checked in and washed (and not a guarantee that there will be a car returned today). He keeps talking and I'm already trying to control my anger. He then tells me that he could call Enterprise to see if they have any cars for rent. OH MY GOODNESS!!! By this time I'm thinking WTH I have to go back to work, he told me I didn't need to go anywhere to rent a car, he said he'll have a car for me, and a whole lot of crap running through my head, but at the same time I'm trying to keep it cool. I tell Jet, I need a car if I plan to leave my car here, I'll just deal with Enterprise. I receive a call from Enterprise verifying information from Jet. This lady should get 5 stars for her customer service BTW. She asks me if I have a major credit card? I say "I'm sorry I don't one, but I have debit". She then tells me I needed 2 documents because I have a debit card. I need an electric bill and a recent pay stub. Oh Brother! I told her, I'm so sorry but I don't carry those things with me on the spot and I'm already here in Lihue. She was so nice trying to help me but I couldn't take the car. (having a major Credit Card is too dangerous for my spending lol). I had to apologize to her and went back to the service desk to talk to Jet. With all of this going on, I took my keys and left. I'm definitely not coming back here and going somewhere else. Their service department was much better with the previous employees but they all left.
