Even-though short staffed due to some mechanics having covid, Bobby (the owner) made me feel like a priority and was still able to deliver a top notch cosmetic and mechanical repair job in a relatively quick manner while other customers drove in with their vehicles for him to work on. “Big shout out to the service/tech team for their amazing services!! From the receptionist to the service/tech guys, awesome work. I had a tear on my tire and needed a tire replacement immediately. The rep on the phone, I believe her name is Lauri?..(APOLOGIES IF THE NAME ISN’T RIGHT) She was too kind and helpful in such a stressful time. I called them from the side of the road and asked if they’d be able to take me in for an immediate tire change and if they had a tire in stock. Unfortunately, they did not. BUT! I cannot tell you how grateful I am for them because they actually called all over the island to see if they had tires available and opened a slot to take my car in…. After the calls, they found one! So no words can express my gratitude for them going above and beyond (in my eyes) to assisting. I was told I’d be able to pick up the tire and bring it over, BUT (AGAIN), the tech advised that he’d go and pick it up from the place that had the available tire! I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE I’D BE ABLE TO GET THIS KIND OF SERVICE, BUT KIA KAUA’I YOU DEFINITELY SHOWED MUCH ALOHA TODAY AND YOU DESERVE THE BEST ONLY! MUUUUCH MAHALO FOR YOUR TEAM! “They did a fabulous job repairing my doors on my Kia Soul after being hit by another car. I was worried about the crinkle in between the 2 door jams.. Like new! May provides excellent customer service. They are in the Kuhio Ford, Mazda dealership. The best part is that it only took a few days once scheduled. Job well done. They were on my Statefarm preferred collision dealer list.”
“I crashed my precious 4Runner and have been so stressed out. It is driveable but had a tail light out and I can't get in for the body work for a couple of weeks until parts come in. Delta at Street Image ordered the tail light so that they coudl install that and I could drive legally until my truck gets in for the repairs. The tail light came in quick and the team at Performance had to manuever around the damage to get the tail light on, and they did a quick and awesome job. I have seen the work they do and how attentive and thorough they are and now I feel a lot less stress knowing that they are going to take care of my truck and make it beautifule again. I am so grateful that my insurance rep referred me to Street Image and I am confident leaving my truck in their care. I'll post pictures when it's all done. These people are amazing!”
