“We can’t thank the team at AutoZone enough for their incredible kindness and customer service. Our rental car unexpectedly broke down at a nearby gas station while we were on vacation in Kauai, and one of the employees went above and beyond by coming out to help us. He ran diagnostics on the car and took the time to explain what was going on, even though we weren’t regular customers and were just stranded travelers.
His willingness to help turned an incredibly stressful situation into one that felt manageable. It’s rare to come across people who are so genuinely kind and generous with their time. We don’t know how to repay his kindness, but we hope this review lets others know what an amazing team they have.
