“The security guard (who just recently shaved his head) is an amazing welcoming committee. He says good morning to everyone who walks in the door as well as makes sure that everyone knows where to go. If someone is waiting for a long time, he checks in with them. Makes sure that everyone is well and being taken care of. This really changes the bank experience. Seriously amazing.”

“After 20 yrs of using different banks on Kauai for property management and retail businesses, CPB is our go to bank. Competent, friendly tellers are diligent and dedicated to our daily banking needs for deposits, transfers & loans. Online services and web pages are user friendly, uncluttered, well laid out to manage accounts and not have to go to the bank. When there’s a problem, call service is typically prompt and gets issues resolved. And the service fees are reasonable vs some other island banks with seemingly “extortion fees”. We do miss not having access to more branches, but superb online services is quick for 95% of our needs. Thank you, CPB!”
