Briggs Bicycles is a highly recommended and best-in-class rental shop, considered a hidden gem and the best place on the island to rent a road bike. The service is most excellent, fantastic, and top-notch. The proprietor is wonderful, the nicest, very accommodating, and conscientious, ensuring customers are all set for their ride. He provides excellent service even outside of normal hours or on days the shop is closed, meeting customers at other locations for convenience. The rental bikes are kept dialed and are in as-new or great shape, described as nice road bikes that are setup very well. Rentals include great bikes and all essential gear. The bikes handle well on rides, including challenging routes like Waimea Canyon and Kokee Road. The shop also offers valuable services for traveling cyclists, such as help with unpacking, assembling, maintenance, and repacking bikes. Customers express strong trust in the shop for all their bike needs and a high likelihood of returning.

I travel for work, rent bikes all over the place...Briggs Bicycles is best. If you ride bikes, or want to, this hidden gem is a must! Brigham is wonderful. He will ensure you are all set for your ride! Great bikes and essentials are all included with the rental.

Briggs was awesome to rent a nice road bike for the week. Even had me meet up with him on a day they were closed to get it to me promptly. This is the 2nd time I've rented a nice road bike for the week and the bikes and service were top notch!

Best place on the island to rent a road bike. Briggs is the nicest and very accommodating with helping me get my rental up and running.
The bike was in great shape and I never had an issue. I can’t recommend this shop more highly. Keep up the amazing work and I’ll be back next time I’m on the island.
