Do not expect them to answer the phone. After several attempts to reach someone, all I got was a ring tone. This was during regular business hours, 1pm on a Wednesday. 3 calls, 3 different departments for 8 minutes per call of just ringing.

Lady at the font is very very rude. All I needed was a decongestant she said I would need a driver’s license which is fine but makes this offhand remark about preferably a us driver license. All while giving me a dirty look and nasty tone

Apparently if they don't carry your life saving medication and their provider doesn't have it they will just tell you good luck. Pretty negligent and unprofessional.
