The office staff were fantastic. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience getting and returning our car. But the Enterprise shuttle that was supposed to take us from the cruise ship to the rental office was a complete no-show. Waisted almost an hour until we finally gave up and shared a taxi with another couple who were also waiting for the Enterprise shuttle. The competition’s shuttle came twice while we were waiting. If you’re on the Hawaiian cruise at Kauai I’d recommend using the competition rental car companies so you don’t waist your time waiting for Enterprise to not show up. I normally use Enterprise when traveling and needing a rental. Very disappointed this time.

I had to pick up a rental vehicle while my personal vehicle was in the body shop
Enterprise picked me up at the body shop and gave me a ride back when my vehicle was finished that was priceless to me and greatly appreciated,I got a jeep wrangler and that was also great

My experience was absolutely lovely from beginning to end! Very much appreciated the honesty, transparency, & down home kindness I received during a stressful time. (My rental was through progressive Auto Insurance)
Every interaction I had whether it was over the phone or in person at Enterprise made such a great impression on me! I will always go with and recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Aukele!
They all deserve a raise because yes they work hard and do an exceptional job but also because they are genuine and they care about the job they do!

This location has the best employees! I wasn’t aware if a shuttle was an available and the team helped pick me up and drop me off in a car! I was lost trying to find the specific pick up location so I called three times. David was very patient and had infectious positivity as he guided me on the phone each time… I’m sorry I forgot the other gentleman’s name but he was also fantastic with such good nature. He helped me find things to do on the island with a map and I referred to it the entire trip.
Thank you again for hiring such amazing people, I highly recommend you give them both a raise!! :)

I just had the most surprising service from enterprise Rent-A-Car. I had to take my car in for bodywork and enterprise saved the day! They picked me up from the body shop and brought me back for my rental car. I returned the car after completion of the bodywork, And again they took me back to the body shop to get my car. Thank you enterprise you made this process almost pleasant
