In a world of mass consolidated everything, big car companies and airlines are no exception. Yet, I’m typically able to find an Enterprise anywhere with the same level of service. In fact, the employees seem to legitimately like their jobs. After dealing with this company for several years in various countries I am completely satisfied. I thought customer service was a legend until I discovered Enterprise. I tried to purchase their stock, but they are family owned and not public. Nevertheless, thank you for being the one big company that provides the service customers are entitled to. Congrats on doing the right things, simply because it is the right thing to do.

Car paid for in advance, yet we waited a good hour (or more) to get our vehicle. People who came in behind were already gone with their rentals.

i am so happy the local nissan dealership recommended the KUHIO HWY, 3-3257 location. the car i rented was in perfect condition, very clean. the shuttle service is unbelievably excellent, ive never experienced anything like it. i never had to wait for my shuttle to and from the dealership. the drivers and the front desk people are so kind and personable. i was feeling stressed before, but left feeling cared for and understood. they truly want the best for everyone who does service with them :)

Rude associates. Jordan was rude and not helpful. Slowest enterprise I've ever been to. I had to come to this location because the airport one was sold out and they don't even offer a shuttles, so I had to pay for an Uber there.

They called me to confirm my reservation before I got there which was good. However, when we got our vehicle, the air conditioning wasn't working optimally. They did let us trade out the vehicle for another one. They checked the air conditioner and said it was working fine which I thought they should have just left alone. I retorted that it was working but not as cold as it typically should be on full blast.Both the cars were not in clean condition....Office was clean and nice and cool. Customerservice was satisfactory in that they allowed us to switch out the cars.No lines. Would definitely choose this company over Avis. (We had Avis for the other week we were there and that was worse).

Absolutely the best rental car experience I have had in my life and by light years the best on Kauai. The friendly staff accommodated multiple unforseen changes my family required and were 100% solution oriented. Particularly recommended over dollar who we cancelled our rental with in favor of this enterprise.

Let me first start by saying I LOVE Enterprise. I worked for the company for almost 6 years. We reserved a car for our trip to Kauai and we took a Lyft over from the airport for about $10 no big deal. My mom has a corporate account so we were able to make a reservation with a great discount. The branch manager helped us out and when we arrived his was the only employee in the store with about 3 car preps outside all working on cleaning a QX80 outside. We were given a free upgrade to a Nissan Maxima which was awesome! Once we opened the doors to the car is where the problem started. The car was fifthly. There was a handprint on the passenger side rear window that we asked them to clean. Other than that there were spiderwebs, dirty floorboards, the seats had stains and shoe marks, and there was a ton of crumbs and sand all in the car. In the new Covid world we are living in I would expect the vehicle I am getting into to be spotless and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This was not the case. I worked for the company at the height of the pandemic and this vehicle would have never been acceptable or passed a clean car check. Please do better for your customers.
