I would prefer to leave a better rating. Unfortunately, my experience creates a lot of stress for me at this time regarding my rental unit. I opened the unit up about one month ago. At the time I went to choose the location. The gate was not working, but it was open and accessible. Since then, the gate is still broken and no longer accessible. Requiring I do a very tight turn around of a vehicle each time I access my unit which is nearly impossible to do. I chose that unit specifically because it was located near gate. I wasn’t informed that it would remain closed permanently. Last week I went and found holes in items that I had in there, including bags being eaten through and lots and lots of mouse droppings. I honestly would prefer to get my items out of there ASAP, but since I’m only using this short term for another month, it’s not worth my energy. But at this time, it’s a stressful experience having my stuff stored there.
