This is a ship center only and has no printing of labels (contrary to what FedEx website shows for this location). The location has a few free boxes for express shipment (paks, small, medium, large boxes and label pouches), and sells a few bigger boxes including a laptop box. There is no printing of labels in store - I had prepared the labels on my phone so that store rep could scan and then print the label, but I was directed to go to a near-ish UPS store (yes, UPS!) to print the labels. Another customer was directed to UPS to purchase a lithium ion battery label for their package. I returned after said UPS store visit and my packages were shipped.

They're open on regular hours not like ups open just a few hours a day. I've had nothing but good things to say about FedEx. Drivers are friendly and are not afraid to do their job. Please start delivering ? amazon stuff again.I will not deal with ups anymore. (Unstable people's store).

Do NOT waste your time going to this location. They are very rude, racist and stand-offish. I would never waste my time going here again and will advise you to stay away as well. On scale of 1-10, I give them a 2.
