Grove Farm Market is a vibrant gathering place that connects Kauaʻi’s farmers and fishermen with the local community. Located at Puhi Park, it offers fresh produce and fish, especially important after the closures of other markets like Sunshine Markets and Kaua’i Community Market. The market is a great spot for residents and visitors to find locally grown fruits and vegetables, supporting Kauaʻi’s move toward more sustainable food sources. Visitors can enjoy a wide variety of produce, including fruits and vegetables that are unique and sometimes hard to find, such as purple sweet potatoes, long string beans, and fresh coconut, papayas, watermelons, and pineapples. The market also features food trucks and vendors selling handmade crafts, snacks, and gourmet treats, providing a lively and diverse shopping experience. One highlight is the fresh sugar cane smoothie, made right in front of customers with passion fruit and pineapple, which many consider the best they’ve ever had. Parking is easy and ample, making visits convenient. The market operates mainly in the mornings and accepts cash, with some vendors accepting credit cards. Overall, Grove Farm Market offers a fun, fresh, and authentic island experience for both locals and visitors alike.

We were pleasantly surprised when we came scores this market. Lots of fruit and food options if you want fresh or just a quick bite. Had some coconut rice bites that were gluten free.

Want fruit? Want vegetables? Must go to Grove Farm Market on Saturday mornings. They had fruit and vegetables that I didn’t recognize. How about a string bean 18 inches long? Purple sweet potatoes? Papayas, coconut, watermelons pineapples and a whole lot more.
