Dr Kheng has been my PCP for over 20 years and she is awesome. Since the covid shutdown and to this day it's been difficult to get an appointment with her or any other doctor here. They also maintain their antiquated covid shutdown checkin process, ie, calling reception from outside on arrival, answering questions, then when you're allowed in, there's a temperature check, hand sanitizer. This place needs to know that the shutdown is over, and understand that covid is in the community and people do get sick of that, and other illnesses, and need them to act like a real medical center, and help their customers, double book if necessary, or they will go to another care provider. Thank goodness for HPH Urgent Care; they are lifesavers!

A lot of people have crazy anxiety going in to the doctors, that's normal. Unfortunately I suffer from that. What isnt normal is that they have a female dog working for customer service, she goes by Debbie. I'm a very polite person and I'm nice to anyone before I have to say something because they're being so rude. That's what happen with Debbie. I've checked in and she sassily asked me "what doctor" while laughing a little. When I said Ray Martinez she laughs and says "oh my god he's not even here today" and laughed to my face about it even though Dr. Martinez was the one who set up the appointment. I guess he didn't notice that he set it up on the same day that I went to visit. So I asked her why she's being so rude after all she is in customer service and I work customer service I should know. She Still hasnt made eye contact with me she asked "how am I being rude?" And "I said well you're not even making eye contact with me And you have an extremely sassy tone." and the fact she's laughing at me... for what? Then she says "I have to do things on the computer how am I supposed to make eye contact with you?" I don't know you rude lady, all I know is that it's your job to do so and to treat people with respect, guess she's not a decent human being at the least. How does she even have the audacity to treat people like that? After the 3rd time of this treatment you deserve the review. You need a new receptionist.

I Was a tourist from Australia and got sick on the second day of my holiday in Hawaii. Found this clinic on google which was pretty much straight across from my hotel. Walked in and receptionist and nurse were lovely and accommodating. Very thorough and professional. Dr Stephenson was great and very reassuring. Still not feeling 100% a few days later I telephoned and spoke to dr Stephenson and discussed treatment options and he kindly emailed through a prescription to the local pharmacy without me needing a follow up visit. As there is no Medicare in Hawaii it was a very expensive visit but it was reassuring to know that I was being treated by a professional group of healthcare professionals. Highly recommend.

Dr. Stephenson is the real MVP. Helpful, accommodating and chill. This clinic is it.

I like that I don't have to wait ages for an appointment. Also, when I arrive for my appointment, the front desk staff is friendly and efficient.
