Kauai CrossFit is synonymous with ohana and is an incredible gym with a great community, excellent coaches, and everything you need. The friendly and knowledgeable coaching staff provides very supportive and challenging yet doable workouts for every skill level, pushing members to do more in a safe way. The gym is always spotless. Members find a supportive CrossFit family and a great community of people to train with, both inside and outside the box.
