I’d been checking out the local dealerships for a midsize vehicle when I walked into King auto center to look at the Honda Accords. I didn’t even plan to buy the car at the time, but things seemed much different here. TAYLOR, my sales person greeted me with a big smile and didn’t profile me as the others had. Instead, he was very friendly, attentive to my needs and super informative. He was genuinely listening to me. Crystal the business manager, was very friendly, professional, and patient. I felt so comfortable I bought the car right there! The mechanic was also very friendly after he put on my rust proofing, and gave me a great referral for window tinting. It was an amazing and very relaxing experience and I’ll go back there first next time!

Sherri was excellent to work with in getting the exact vehicle we wanted with no pressure at all. She kept us informed on when a vehicle of the same make and model would arrive on-island so we could test drive one and then helped us to purchase the exact vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Crystal was also excellent to work with in completing the purchase with no issues at all. Thank-you King Auto for the wonderful car purchasing experience!!

I went to King Auto because I owned an older dodge diesel truck that I wanted to trade-in. After getting appraisals from numerous dealerships on Kauaʻi, King Auto offered $9000 more than any other dealership. This made the decision easy for me. Furthermore, Kaeo worked with me along the way making things incredible easy, convenient and pressure free. He worked with the rushed timing I had and never complained or stalled at all. We were able to set an agreement and I was in a new truck the next day. That is will multiple negotiations with banks and finding a way to get the very best rate. They offered me a fair trade value and the price of the new truck was also very fair. No complaints, happy customer in a new truck. Mahalo for all your help, Kaeo and Krystal!
