The wait time in the store is completely unacceptable.
I believe the staff needs to cut down on the chit chat and get the job done, read the room. I did not see any sense of urgency or awareness of customers who waited over an hour for service.
Defective equipment. All I needed to do was set it down and take a new box, yet had to wait over an hour.
The tech support on location is always excellent.

I would recommend switching to Hawaiian telecom. Great service faster internet . Much better customer service. .

spent 20 minutes on phone trying to cancel service . Guy kept putting me on hold and insisting I stay with service. I finally cussed him out and hung up. Do not do business with this company!

Store hours posted online are not reflective of actual hours of operation. I checked online before driving into town to make sure they were open. Sat in traffic for 45 min to find out they closed at 5. Was just trying to return equipment.

unreal bad bad!!...made appt to disconnect internet..got msg to let them know when I'm there..did it..line outside door..waited 1/2 hr then someone from the warehouse shows up and post sign they are closed next 3 days!!,,..no workers..everyone quit!!..why send me a msg on phone to show up on time!!??...cant wait till another cable company starts so I can drop that too!!

spectrum stole my phone and is by far the most corrupt company. i bought a piece of junk google phone from spectrum which was highly discounted at 600dollars off. i paid for it up front then found out it was overheating. i returned the phone and they claimed it was scratched, and they charged me for the so called damage and kept the phone as well as my money. don't use this company for your own private and rights.. this is a horrible company. trying to get internet from another company and spectrum is holding onto me and i feel like a victim stuck in the matrix and it's refusing to let go.. god help me this company is disgusting

Friendly and efficient staff. Polite also. We had our two phone services switch and a watch cell service.

Not enough people are showing up to work, I guess ?30 min wait was the shortest wait last month 3hrs another time the same monthThere are 6 customer service desks, but I have never found more than two people workingBut the person's working were always great.

There was A nice, helpful guy working there. And that was the problem - six counters and only ONE staffer. Three and a half hour wait just to pick up a piece of equipment (a transaction that took five minutes). Come on Spectrum, hire more people - pay 'em more if you have to - and provide decent customer service.

Worst service provider EVER!! Dropped internet signal, at minimum, 20 times a day!!When I call you are out on hold until you basically give up because there are things to do and can’t sit listening to a recording telling me spectrum offers the fastest and most consistent service on the island where in reality they are the worst.They are either incapable or incompetent. Nobody there knows what they are doing and refuse to help anyone.Do yourself a huge favor and read a book, spectrum sucks.
