Went two separate times, both times was told they had the device in store I wanted to purchase. However, after stating I wanted to pay in full and not add another line to my account the device I wanted was no longer in stock. Go to another location if possible, my issue could have been resolved if the staff were aware of their inventory or be willing to sell a device without forcing me to pay for another line I would have no need for.

Big shoutout to my man Ross for providing excellent customer service and setting me up proper. Now, mind you this was at the Costco kiosk, but my understanding is that he also works the retail store. I had zero intention of switching carriers when I woke up that morning, but I came to Ross with a few questions about what a family plan looks like compared to what my gal and I are spending. And at no point did Ross hard sell me or pressure me, on a side note typically when I feel like I'm being sold I immediately bail. Ross walked my boomer self through setting up my new service so literally all I had to do was exist. I didn't have to lift a finger, save for plugging in my personal info. But T Mobile corporate, this man is an asset and absolutely deserves to be invited to your awards ceremony. Because I'm gonna be honest, I used to dog on T Mobile, but Ross showed me the light. 10/10 would return.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Store level. Opened an additional 3 lines over the phone on 12/9/22 and was told SIM cards would be delivered. Due to UPS shipping error, cards was returned to corporate. Called 611 and spoke to an amazing rep who stated authorization would be put in for a waiver of 3 sims that could be picked up in store. Upon speaking with rep, he had a horrible attitude and wanted to charge $10.00 per SIM card. When trying to explain what 611 stated, he walked away while I was speaking to him, so that he could speak to his Manager Jacob. Jacob didn't even bother to check the memo field where the notes was confirmed to have been there by several 611 representatives. My suggestion to Jacob and his team... start treating customers as you would want to be treated. I will no longer be a patron at this store and I would highly recommend utilizing the crew Kapaa location. There, they actually know what customer service is all about!!!

I came in because my reception is terrible since moving to Kauai and was told I'd be helped in 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and left because some woman that came in after me was told that I was next and she complained or something and all of the sudden one of the people standing around said he'd help her right away. Unfortunately, this is the only T-mobile location on Kauai so if I want any help I have to come here. I'd rather do my business online and wait than come back to this store.

I was very pleased with the excellent service i received from the Lihue Tmobile store. Ralph helped to trouble shoot the problem i was having with my phone. He was super helpful & friendly as were other staff that i spoke with.
