The staff is super helpful, very friendly, kind, and full of invaluable information about the local area. They care about the store and ensuring quality. Prices are very fair and very reasonable for the island, especially compared to similar pieces sold elsewhere. While there may be a sticker shock, it is because the Koa wood only grows in Hawaii and is salvaged only from dead trees. The staff thoughtfully wraps each gift. It is a fantastic, sweet shop and a must-stop for those looking to buy local and support local people.

This store has beautiful Koa Wood gifts and hand made fabric goods as well. All made by hand on the island. I bought a purse from there and it was the best $60 spent on my trip.

Great pieces of woodwork from local artists. They have some jewelry and other things that are not solely from wood, but everything was very nice quality. And the prices were very fair, especially for the island. We saw some similar pieces from the same artists elsewhere at much higher prices.
