The largest jet landing on Kaua'i is UPS. Because the massive payload or smaller jet unavailable? Since the service center won't open the jet must be empty.I've had an incredibly necessary parcel returned to mainland FOUR TIMES because the service center is not operating. The driver couldn't figure out my delivery location and sent it back also. SINCE JULY 2023 my parcel has gone back and forth 5 times. It's not all in UPS - the sender should use USPS. As UPS on Kaua'i is severely incapable of providing any service.

Since feb23 I've had trouble with 7 deliveries. Tracking comments like(Unknown person), no such adress.When my nephew orders something with the same adress he has no problems. Everything is the same in the adress except the first name. Adress and last name is the same. I'm beingBlack balled . I've tried many times to fix the situation but no help at all. The same driver use to deliver all my packages before Feb. So I know he knows my address.I will never waist my time with a company that doesn't care about the customers.

Wanted to stop over and pick up a package since I work on the other side of the island and didn't want to miss the signature required delivery. The days and hours of operation on the door don't match the online hours. I called the Ahukini UPS number to see if I could confirm the hours. I end up getting forwarded to a generic customer service rep somewhere on the far side of the moon. All I wanted to know was what time the office opened up. The lady gave me all my tracking details and told me my package was still at the hub which I knew and then kept repeating herself over and over again. It was incredibly frustrating and I eventually just hung up and left. FedEx which is right next door is super convenient. I usually stop at FedEx in the morning and grab my package before they put it out for delivery. UPS on the other hand doesn't open up till 1600 hrs. 10/10 prefer FedEx over UPS.

Absolutely horrible. Showed up 1 minute after 4. Sign said pick up 4-6pm and to knock on side door. Workers were clearly there as there were four cars but nobody responded. They knew I was coming as I had called in advance. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service

They don't deliver to my house I always have to pick up my deliveries. Hours of operations are always to their convenience even though someone is there in the office but it's closed.

Always excellent! Never had a damaged package. Always on time. If you need to pick up an item from the UPS near the airport however, currently their hours are 9:00 a.m. until noon. Monday through Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday.As of today at least they do not reopen after 12:00 p.m.

Terrible - website says Center open 9-12 and 1-4 and you can’t get anyone on the phone. I arrived at 1:15 to see their hours are 10:30-12 and 3-5. And to get here from Kapaa you have to sit through 30 minutes of traffic then to find they are not open. What kind of customer service is this? Update your website for goodness sake. Not happy with UPS at all. And that doesn’t even count for their deliveries that is another story in all.

UPS is the best if they say it will be delivered in 2 days It will be there in 2 days Not like other delivery companies And you'll love there personally they are there to make you happy Try them you won't regret it You got my word

One counter worker is very friendly, the other one is not. They are not always open during their posted hours, they often close early with a sign on the door saying to check back the next day, and it is impossible to reach them by phone.

UPS says they're holding my package because my address is wrong. It was supposed to be out for delivery on Friday 9/3/21 but I did not get a notification until late Friday afternoon that they were holding my package. I tried calling the Lihue UPS office but they're closed until Tuesday. I go down to the UPS office Tuesday morning, they tell me my package is on the truck for redelivery. I go home, wait all day Tuesday because they're tracking site says it'll be delivered by 7pm on Tuesday, 9/7/21. It's 9:39pm and still no package. They're saying my address is wrong. I have had many UPS deliveries to my home, my name and address is correct. UPS did not attempt to contact me today even if they knew I went down there in the morning and they told me my package was out for delivery. They just don't care, better results with FedEx definitely. UPS has failed again!
