Vim 'n Vigor is a small store with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It offers a fair amount of vegan on-the-run options, specialty items, and fresh island-grown produce. The shop has everything for health and wellness needs, including gourmet food, vitamins, and herbs galore. It is a great place to go for lunch or to pick up something to eat anytime, with sandwiches and fresh coconut water to live for. Customers shop there weekly, making it a routine stop and one of their go-to places. The staff is patient, helpful, and explains each product with care.
I went into the store today and was greeted by the most knowledgeable nice lady, Nicole and every time, I have been in there she has with ease pointed out what I needed all the way to gourmet food from the Mid-East to vitemins, herbs galore, my hat is off to this woman!!! She is a 5 star General in my books!!!

Small, quiet health food store with supplements, snacks and staples as well as some niche healthfoods products. Convenient when in Lihue for a healthy drink or that one thing.
