I worked with Lori and Claire at WaiOli Properties for three years to rent out my 5-bedroom home in Lihue, and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the start, the team was responsive, and knowledgeable about the local rental market. They helped me find qualified tenants quickly and kept the property occupied for the entire three years.
Communication was consistent and clear—I always felt informed about any issues that came up, from routine maintenance to tenant concerns. They handled repairs, coordinated vendors, and made sure the home was well taken care of. The financial side was also straightforward; rent payments and monthly statements were always timely and easy to track.
As an owner, it gave me peace of mind to know that my home was being managed by people who were both experienced and genuinely cared about maintaining the property’s value. I would definitely recommend Lori and her team to anyone looking for reliable property management on Kaua‘i.

Overall great experience with this realtor company. Their communication is absolutely amazing, I never had any issues during my short stay renting one of their properties. I was fortunately located in Lihue area near my work && shopping centers. The area was consistently patrolled by KPD’s finest and I never felt safer.
I coordinated and worked with Claire Spyer most of the time, who made my moving in and out process extremely convenient.

Claire at Waioli Properties is one of the best realtors to work with. She was very professional throughout the process and got back to us right away with any questions we had. She was also excellent in providing updates to ensure a smooth closure of escrow. We are so happy we went with Claire as our realtor and love our new home in Kauai!

We rented a great apartment right by the beach in Kapaa (Kauai). The apartment had great location and was wonderful. Claire our landlord was always there to help and was the point of contact for several of our friends and coworkers too that were looking for places to stay on the island. Claire was easy to reach and helped in any way possible when we needed it. Thank you so much! If we ever move back to Kauai we will surely reach out!

Lori is awesome!!! She is super knowledgeable and pays great attention to detail. She has been our eyes throughout the entire process, as we are making our purchase remotely. Lori also surrounds herself with a great support system. Lori and her team are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I did not have a good experience with this company, many items stolen when roommate passed away, if Lori does not like your possessions, she will have them removed, would recommend getting a camera system if you decide to rent through this company, also, check all appliances as half of the kitchen did not work for first 3 months I stayed on this property, I did get my security deposit back, so that was nice.

Lori helped us navigate to purchase a house on Kauai in a great neighborhood. While this was not our first house, it was the first time we dealt with an auction house in another state and the bank that owned the house was in yet another state. All the ingredients for unanticipated hiccups. Lori made the process seem easy and kept us calm along the way! She is dedicated to her clients!
